Anyone having any luck with turkeys this spring? headed out to 6A this weekend for 4 days and trying to get some fishing done too...

Why even put a deadline on it anymore, AZGFD get your crap together please....why do other states have online apps but never have this problem? AZ keeps making themselves look bad...a deadline is a deadline last I knew, It's your own fault if you wait till the last second

So we drove over yesterday..set camp and scouted a little 40 plus deer and one small 4 by 3 with 14 doe 300 yards from camp..feeding on sage as we cooked dinner...last night 2" of rain..looks messy out but going to make the best of it this opener..will update

finished up 2 for 2 both 4 by 4s...weather was bad first two days rain, hail, thunderstorms..and monday my buddy had to get up at 2 am and catch a flight to tucson for work bid..so I was solo and shot a small 4 by..he got back tuesday morning at 130 am and i got him up and out of the wall tent to hunt yesterday and was able to glass up a great 4 by..24" wide,, we had him at 700 yards and closed the gap to 500 and set up and he made the shot. Great times with a good friend, drove back in last night long day today unloading thanks

Over 100 deer today but only 3 spikes..going to be tough

Got dad's first mount home...can't wait to move into new house and get man cave set up..will be nice addition

Dad came out from VT and killed his first buck...monster buck..story to come

Sitting with 25 pts going into spring draw, really thinking about putting in for 12A tag...Any thoughts? I do have a job where I can take a week off straight every month if need be to hunt...Just would hate to burn $1113...Andy

Congrats. .I got 23 archery first hunt sept 1 thru 10 then back home to 7 east archery sept 12 to 25th...Also drew out late rifle 2B TAG in new mexico Nov 1 thru 5...looks like the rest of my AZ apps with be for bonus points..too many good hunts this year..very pumped

took my buddy and his 2 boys out for the day..was a GREAT time, hot dogs over the fire, got into pigs, shot one, had his oldest in tow with me and let him take first shot, and after a miss made a loooong 60 yard shot on this HAWG!!

Dad started out drawing a elk tag in 6a for the Oct bull hunt so we thru him in for the early wt tag just in case we found a shooter..after 4 days of hard hunting we ate the elk tag and the pressure was on for me to turn up a good deer for my dad..we hit it hard hunting thru the wind sun up to sun down..on the last morning I found 2 great bucks across the canyon from us topping out at 400 yards..My dad never shooting a lot of long distances being from the northeast pulled off a great one shot kill on this monster buck..this is his first book animal and the first his is mounting..after 55 years of hunting I am glad I was with him for this awesome time and buck..taped out at 103 plus.....awesome hunt

Headed up monday to set up for my dad's hunt, 6a early whitetail and he also pulled bull elk tag 4 day hunt...this will be fun, Dad's first hunt just got out from Vermont...hopefully be posting some pics soon! Andy

not this year, got the new hauler....like that shower and dvd player to kick back at night!
