After I had filled my tag I switched gears and tried to help my friend shoot his first whitetail, this was his first big game hunt actually. He shot this 3x4 buck on the last day we hunted in the morning, one shot at 220 yards. He has a small 4th point on his left side. Any guesses on this bucks score?

I was hunting hard the last few days and saw bucks everyday but just couldn't connect, tonight I finally put on a good stalk with the help of some friends and shot this buck just before dark, what a pain in the butt to drag it out. Here are some pics from the hunt. I didn't put a tape to him but does anybody have any guesses?

Well I'll get back to after this next weekend when I'm done on my hunt how I did.

congats! i've done that several times and learned my lesson..decided to get up and just walk over to a different position to glass another hill and left my gun behind and have had deer and javelina both walk right in front of me not being able to do a thing because my gun was 20 yards behind me.

i'll be just across the way in 5b N, there's a camp of us from chandler going up there, some have youth hunts in 6a, and some have cow hunts in 5b n

i paid $1000 for the same ones this time last year, might consider lowering the price a little.

or in my case i forgot i already had a license for this last fall draw and i applied for another one through game and fish, well they sure cashed that check for the license and never mailed it to me. haha
