Timberland Outfitter's Tines went out with me yesterday and made a perfect shot with his bow on this old male lion. It was hot, but the dogs stuck with it. Congrats again Buddy on a great trophy!!!!

A domestic dog with 3 legs that YOU feed everyday is a bit different than a wild animal with 3 legs that has to catch it's own food to survive. Got any pics of that 3 legged lion you treed?

I didn't say it was impossible I just said it was prolly the picture that makes it look like it was missing a foot.

Sorry Fellas, but that lion is NOT missing a foot. It's just the way she was holding it stepping over that log. I've got lots of pics like that before. A lion would not survive long on three legs. Here are a few pics of lions that look like they are "missing a foot" as well. And I KNOW the lion in the last couple pics isn't missing a foot, cause we killed it shortly after the picture was taken. AK

Thanks for the kind words guys. We carried 2 extra gallons of water along to let the dogs drink, it really makes a difference in their performance, one of the reasons why we try and hunt little dogs, drink less water AK

Dude that was awesome!!!!

My buddy Clayton Black and I were able to get a couple lions for hunters this past week. The first one a friend was out WT hunting and wounded the lion, we brought the dogs in the next day and were able to recover her. The second one our hunter took with his bow. It jumped 3 times on us, but the dogs stuck with it and did a great job. The deer in Peck Canyon can rest, for a while anyway. It was a nice tom with a belly full of pig meat!! And check out the very last picture, now that's what I call hungry, eating a Javelina nose!!! Ha ha ha!! Oh and thanks to the kind Bowhunter that helped us get the lion out, looking forward to getting to know you neighbor!!! Congrats to both hunters, great guys and well deserved trophys!!! AK

Ancient buck for sure.... He'd look great, drug up under a Palo Verde, burried under some sticks and dirt I'd give you the rack though Ty.
