Thanks everyone for all the well wishes and prayers. No broken bones but lots of internal swelling and bruises. I took the full impact of the quad on my back and thought for sure it was broke. I am very thankful to the good lord above for watching over me after I tried the impossible stupid stunt of making it up the mountain side to look for a whitetail for my buddy who has the late 24Bwt tag. Laying 2hrs on a steep/cold dirt road, while waiting on air-vac to find my butt, I wish on no one. Thanks again for all the kind words. TJ

Stopped in Archery Headquarters yesterday to pick up some arrows and a few broadheads. I met Jr., aka Maverick, and couldn't have been treated any nicer. He had my arrows cut and I was out the door in record time. It was a pleasure meeting you Jr. and thanks for the great service. TJ

Keith, thanks for hosting a cwt Christmas get together. Your decorations were awesome as usual. Peg and I enjoyed meeting up with a few more cwt members we hadn't met before and your hospitality was much appreciated. It was nice watching the kids having so much fun. Thanks for a great time. TJ

Ernesto, I will be praying for the good lord to ease you of your pain. It saddens me to hear what you have been going thru. If you don't mind I would like to share a similar situation I went thru in hopes to help you stay positive during this time. I was know where near your condition but in a lot of pain for years. I'll keep it short. I fell about 10ft off a rock chasing pigs. Never did find all my arrows. I landed mostly on my hard head so that helped some. I went for 2 or 3yrs taking cortisone injections because my doctor kept telling me it was nothing to worry about. It finally came down to where I couldn't work and the pain was like no other. I fired my doctor and went to Barrow Neurological Institute and found I had herniated a disk in my neck. I now have a titanium plate holding my neck together. It fixed my problem and got me back to living a painless life. I hope this helps keep you positive in hopes of some pain relief soon.
