I was calling for a friend a few years ago for turkey when we noticed a spike elk coming in to our turkey decoy. I stopped calling and the spike pulled the turkey decoy out of the ground and just stood there with it in it's mouth's. We couldn't believe it. It then tossed it in the air and retrieved it and did it again like a puppy with a toy. We were reaching for our cameras but not in time to witness this. TJ

This has got to be the best post I've read all day. Thanks for sharing the memory you made with your beautiful daughter yesterday. How awesome is that! There's no doubt she is hooked on finding bone and no doubt you are hooked on taking her from this point on. It doesn't get any better than this. You are definitely a blessed man my friend. I shot my first javelin with a 7mm mag, I heard they were vicious, and the wife and I cook it in the oven. Oh my god, the house stunk for a week. Needless to say we threw it away. After that we started pitting them and liked it. Then after a few years we started making our own sausage and haven't looked back but now after looking at this post I can't wait to try these tacos. I could definitely write a book on all the times I messed up. Just this year I shook so bad I could hardly pull my bow back on a huge bob cat and shot way over it at 15yrds. This is the second time I lost it over a bob cat at the same distance. Not only was I having trouble breathing I shook like a dog sh!tting a peach seed. TJ
