Did anyone see the write up in the Payson Roundup about the azgfd and the Tonto Basin Charity Poker Ride that was to raise money for cancer victims? I could use some help with posting the story.

I too am excited that 22 & 23 were put back in the Dec. archery hunt. Now we have Dec. & Jan. to chase deer during the rut. :D :D TJ

Sorry to hear your dog is having some sort of problem. Since you live in Gilbert I would suggest driving to Paul's Ace Hardware store on the South West corner of Baseline & Gilbert Rd. They have a flyer on the door in side of the store giving the times and locations of a vet clinic. They will be their this Sat giving shots and an inspection of your dog. I take my dog every year for her rattlesnake vaccine shot. It usually cost $25 and that is some cheap insurance that could help out incase of a snake bite. They might be able to tell you what is wrong or have a suggestion for you at a min. or no cost to you. Good luck with your lab. TJ

I've never hunted birds other than here in Az. I have got to make it a Bucket List item for sure before I get much older. You are certainly living a dream and thanks for sharing trkysir. TJ

I'm in there with you Arizona Griz. The original Bighorns is the best by far. I'm told they will no longer make the original and will be the Bighorn2 now. Iron City Polaris, in Pheonix had a sale on the originals, buy 3 get 1 free, and I put them on my 2007 EP 700 Ranger. I also ran them on my quad. They still may have some left. They weren't getting anymore in once they sold out. TJ

That was a pretty good read. I would love to go in on a hog hunt anywhere.here or NM. I keep hearing these stories and seeing a few pictures of hogs people claim are here but wonder how much truth goes in to some of these stories. Not accusing anyone of false reporting, just saying. TJ

eJ20, no need to look up any landownership. I can save you a lot of trouble. If you were to kindly hand over my antelope tag I would be forever greatful. I'm sure g&f meant to send it my way. All kidding a side, congratulations on your tag. I'm sitting on 19bp and he last time I hunted 19A I stopped by the Perkins Ranch and was told they had already filled what they considered enough paid permission slips. I thanked them and continued on down the road. I'm not sure what their price was but I found enough public land to hunt. I was thru there in January and was surprised at the number of houses where I actually hunted last. Don't let that discourage you though. With some scouting and home work I'm betting you will do just find. Can't wait to see how you do. Good luck and shoot straight. TJ

I just seen this on Outdoorsmans Guide for sale to non -members $131 and members $121. Give or take a couple dollars. I bought this a couple years ago and paid $150 and have never had it out of the house. It's brand new and my back packing days are over I'm afraid. LMAO and not at you Chris. Just before I signed in to CWT my wife ask if I was going to fix our sprinkler head that seemed to have gone on a walk. I told her I didn't feel like doing anything today and signed in and your post, sprinkler help, was first on the topics. I started laughing and she came to see what I was laughing about.
