I can't for the life of me wonder why everyone is running to Mexico for the big bucks. There has been some monsters harvested this year in Az and this is one of the best. Congratulations. TJ

. She mentioned a few times that she'd like to go hunting again, but maybe only if someone else does the killing. In a lot of ways, I'm glad this had an impact on her. It will be interesting to see how she ends up with it all. Firsat of all congratulations to Mikaela on her pig and for sticking in there when the weather was bad and the long hikes. She was a trooper for sure. My hats off to her and thanks for sharing her story with us here. Know matter what impact this has on her it was a learning experience and know matter it she hunts again you come away with some great memories to share with others. I'll bet once she starts showing them boys her skull she shot, don't be surprises to hear her say let's do it again Dad. Give her time and if she decides to just go along on some hunts and not want to kill then how sweet would that be to just have her along as part of the team. I win win situation in my book. Keep us posted on her next adventure. TJ

WOW! That was one of the best write-ups I've read on here. Hearing you tell it in your own words even made it that much better. I know how proud Dad must be of you and to tell you the truth, even though I don't know you, but I'm proud of you to. Congratulations and thanks for sharing your hunt with us here. I got so excited reading it. It actually brought back memories of my first pig hunt and for that I thank you again. I hope you continue to hunt with Dad and I can't wait til your nexy story. I have never seen that clip before... You just made my whole night! That was a ton of fun to watch. It reminded me of Full Metal Jacket- "...it's easy, you just don't lead them as much!" I would love to do that someday. I know the hogs are a big problem and need to be controlled but I found it disturbing watching the video. And the guy who punted the hog in the other post wasn't at all funny either. IMO Call me a softy but I is what I is. TJ

I just couldn't wait to get home from work tonight. I work second shift and I'm not suppose to use the computer for personal use but I can't help looking at cwt every 2 hours during water sampling where I have to enter data on the computer. This was a great story and it made my evening pass the time just thinking how exciting this hunt developed for all the hunters. My congratulations to you Josh on two magnificent bucks of a lifetime.
