My wife informed me just alittle while ago our bank card said $114 pending from azgfd. Would that mean we have at least 1 tag? I hope it's my wife instead of me. I need a break from elk hunting. TJ

I got to see the news clip after returning home from work at 10pm and want to thank all those responsible for getting air time. Y'all have been working hard at this and I want to thank each and everyone of you. I've been one of the silent ones here but have gotten the word out to all my hunting friends to keep an eye out for what's going on with this and asked them to write and call where their voice is heard the most. Thank you gentlermen! TJ ps....Weiers looked like he got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.

I was just wondering if his full name was actually Robert Lark Biggs? TJ

Thanks for sharing Lance. You certainly know how to get it done. I will have to wait for archery turkey this year. No tag for Peg or I. TJ

Happy Birthday and I hope you get a chance to enjoy it doing something you love to do. Can't wait to see some more of your posts. Have a good one. TJ

It's not as easy as you think. The conditions have to be perfect for ya to pull it off. Spot lighting big game doesn't hurt them it's what you do afterwards that might caus a problem for them. By the way, that fish was released right after the picture was taken. TJ

Spent 7 days on Rosy and had a great time making more memories. My Dad & I fished from tuesday thru friday with not much luck but enough to keep it interesting. Dad had to go home to take his honey dancing and my wife drove up friday night with our two dogs missy & Lexie. Saturday was our best day and like always Peg out fished me with the biggest of the trip, a smallmouth just under 3lbs. Fishing was still tuff but we managed to boat 6 and lost several others at the boat. Peg caught 4 and I only boated 2. Back on the water sunday with only three put in the livewell. Here are some pics of the trip pic taken of 4peaks out the window driving towards tonto basin north side of rosey from windyhill dad's first fish of the day my two little ones cleaning fish Dad eating the day's catch sunset north side of windyhill I just love taking pics of a campfire and a wood pile Lexie's spot in the boat Peg and her partner Missy young eagle in flight Bald eagle taking in the warmth of the rock. We actually thought something was wrong with it. It let boaters drive by and stayed there 4hrs. I was going to call azgfd if it had been there the next day. It was gone. Can you quess what's in the picture? My biggest 2lb smallie The best for last. Peg's 3lb smallie. I'm still not sure how she continues to out fish me trip after trip. Not alot of fish but thought I would share my 7 day stay with my best fisnin partners TJ

Looks great. He will be very happy with the results. You're a good man. TJ -
Water temp was average 57deg and lots of big buffalo carp. I might start bowhunting these things. I did see another boat with two guys hunting them. TJ

I haven't seen very many bobcats but I think this one was big. I actually thought it was a lion at first. Watched it hunt quail for 1/2 hour. It put on a pretty neat show. Wished I had my video camers. Yes, it was near windyhill. TJ

Welcome to the site. All good advise from everyone and look beyond the forum thru cwt. There's a ton of info to be had. Sounds like you're on the right track to becoming a good coues hunter. Follow your brothers advise and those here and I'm sure we'll be seeing your success stories if you draw the lucky tag. TJ

Political discussions is the one thing I dislike the most. I will not allow it in my hunt camps around the campfires and I truely hate the negative it brings out in good people. This latest post on HB2072, here on cwt, is a good example. I joined this site back in 2007 and it has been a big part of my life ever since. It has been my therapy and my entertainment for the last several years. CWT.com has become a part of my life that I'm proud to say has made me a better person because of the friends I've made thru this site. Come on guys, for just a little while, let's set aside this issue and think about all we have to do as hunters such as habitat preservation, protecting our right to hunt while upholding and enhanching hunting's image, and assuring hunting's future by getting more young people involved. Let's celebrate what we love to do. No name calling, no apologies, no guilt, no worries.....just a chance to focus on the thoughts and memories that we really care for. Amanda has established an awesume site and I have to say I don't know what I would do without it. Thank you Amanda and thanks to all the members who make this site what it is. Maybe I drank to many beers writing this but it is what it is and let me finish by saying I'm glad we have our moderators montoring. With this being a family site I support their decision in editing whatever they feel needs to be done. TJ

Political discussions & cwt
tjhunt2 replied to tjhunt2's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
TJ, I tried to send you a PM. With all due respect, this is a section of CWT entitled "Political Discussions - This forum is for discussion politics related to hunting" The latest post on HB2072 did not use any profanity, nor did it engage in any name calling. It was merely a call to action on the BIGGEST political issue to face hunters in years. To do as you suggest and "set aside this issue" is not up to those opposing the concept. As long as those proposing this for Arizona continue, there must be effective voices in opposition. Bruce Johnson Thanks Bruce for your opinion. When I said set aside I meant we need to take a break from what's important. Yes, this issue is very important, but let's stay focuss at the same time and don't loose focuss on our hunting heritage. Gary, all I'm saying is let's take a break and focuss on some positive so we can breath some fresh air. -
What a beautiful young lady with an awesume smile. I didn't know Mary but I'm sure she touched alot of hearts along the way. She definitely is in a better place now and telling hunting stories and all about the friends she had. My heart goes out to her mother & father. My condolences and prayers. A special thanks to OE4A for making memories for her and her family. May God bless you Mary and rest in peace. TJ

Gee, thanks Hector. That's all I need to hear. I'm done with lights for awhile. TJ

You're on a roll with 11 pigs under your belt. Congratulations and I'm glad you were able to overcome your sickness to get the job done. Hunting with your Dad is the best way to make memories that will last a lifetime. Thanks for sharing with us and great picture of you and pops. TJ
