Pixman, thanks for posting up some pictures. I like the one with all the muleys looking up the hill. Must be a big coues ready to chase them away. Did you ever get any cameras out where you have the hybrids? Never get tired of seeing them. Thanks for sharing. TJ

Good pics James. I spent last Thursday visiting my salt spots and replenishing. All my cameras got stolen or had the sd cards removed. It's killing me to not put them out at this time so I'm waiting for the forest service to close all trails with further restrictions and hope it keeps the thieves out. Then I will hike in and hang mind. Good luck to everyone this Aug. TJ

Congratulations on both your bobcats Eric. I have never shot one. Seen plenty but the timing and situations never seemed to pan out for me. Thanks for sharing and Cole does a good job from everything I've seen here on cwt. TJ

Field Judging Desert Bighorn Sheep-Ernie Meeske Unit 22 186 1/8 Net Ram
tjhunt2 replied to Jay Scott's topic in Jay Scott Outdoors/Colburn and Scott Outfitters
I knew I wouldn't draw either of these units with the 20% max draw so I opted for a higher % area but how I wish I had a chance. I've seen many sheep in these units but haven't a clue how to judge these rams like Jay just explained. It takes experience and I'm impressed with the work Colburn and Scott Outfitters put in to their outfitters business. They truly do their homework and with their photos and videos they have shared here on cwt I'm convinces 100%. Thanks for all the information you have shared with us and for being a sponsor here on cwt. TJ -
Just talked to a good friend of mine, whose sister-in-law works for azgfd, and he informed me she told him they were already ahead of getting out the results in record time this year. His sistet-in-law works with those responsible for getting this done on time. Everyone should be looking here for results starting in a couple weeks. TJ

This was the best information I've seen on the outlook of the sheep draw. I studied it for hours at work and started deleting units and before you know it I made my pick from what I thought was my best chances of a sheep tag. I actually picked 2 units I never ever thought I would. Thanks Brian. Hey TJ. How many points you got going in? I'm going in with 20. Like you I had to narrow my choices down to some units that gave me my best chance. So when you draw that tag this year let me know I would love to help out, even if its just to be camp cook Brian Likewise Brian. I'm at 20 myself. I'm pulling for ya Brian. Maybe we draw the same unit together. How awesome would that be? TJ

Bill , I know what you mean. I use to take a lot of pictures, not as many as you, but I just got tired of carrying the camera. I still take photos but have stopped for the most part. A co=worker , who use to help out on outfitting once told me, if you want to see my pictures I'll share them with a story around the camp fire from what's in my head. TJ

Wow! That's some pretty neat information and being so close to the family history it's worth some stories for sure. Would like to hear some more history behind the publicity and what exactly went down. Bring it on. TJ

I'm right there with you kidso with the respect of our president and our constitution. I can assure you I would not let go of his hand until I told him of the job I disapprove he has done for the American people. He is our commander in chief and that scares the daylights out of me. TJ
