At the risk of being the negative nancy on this, any one of these "good guy" seller accounts can be hacked and then successfully soliciting business from folks who assume it's a legit deal. That sort of stuff is happening on all outdoor forums, mainly on selling guns and optics related on "WTB" posts. I'm not saying it's a bad idea, just reminding folks to trust, but confirm via a telephone call or other confirmation method.

The Ruger Marlins have shipped. Good luck on getting one in the next few months. Small dealers have no chance and the large ones are giving them to the high roller customers. I'll bet that a few will end up on gunbroker and the prices will be North of $2000 until after February of next year. YMMV

You leave your tent and truck out in the woods, unoccupied, for a month? I'm just telling you the law. You can split hairs all you want. And, yes, they can search both of those without a warrant. Google "mobile vehicle exception to the search warrant law".

Negative. It's abandoned property. They can search it all they want. You have no expectation of privacy regarding a trail camera you stick to a tree on public land for a month. Now, proving you put it there...that's another story.

I've always used Verde Valley Processing in Camp Verde.

If you need a mobile RV guy, try Larry, the owner of Bullseye RV. He's not cheap and has longer than most lead times, but he's honest, does meticulous work and wont screw you.

Buy a single stage loader and load your own. It's easy and therapeutic. I've been loading 10mm for 10 years. Keep in mind...there will be loads that will be pathetically inaccurate, but it's still fun and about 40% of the cost of new. You won't get loads that rival DoubleTap ballistics, but it's not hard to get good plinking loads after some trial and error.

So long as you're tent or truck camping, come from the South along Chevelon Ridge Rd. 1/4 mile hike from the "camp area"....I've carried a float tube down to the water many times. I've camped at both ends....the North end is full of ...well, there are lot of cars there.

Just trying to offer a little help & explanation for those who haven't yet gone through what I have. I didn't "appear" just to tell you that, it just happened to be the first reply I decided to make. Is everyone on here as cynical as you?

FYI: Clearance prices on hunting rifles at Wally Land
Sixgunz replied to Boarman03's topic in Classified Ads
The Wally World in Cave Creek only had Savage scope combo's for sale...$260 IIRC (wood stock, rough blued texture, cheap scope). Yesterday, they had a 243, 270 and a 308. Everything else was full price. -
I'm looking for an early Python 4" blued shooter (late 50's or early 60's). With box is preferred, but not a huge deal. I'm looking for a gun to carry and shoot, so I'd prefer it not be a safe queen. I have other guns for trade (I don't own junk)...possibly high-end optics, good ole cash or a combination of them for trade. PM with what you have and what you're looking for...maybe we can make a deal. Thanks!

A few months ago, AZ DMV did a major systems switch that they are being very tight-lipped about. They have switched most, if not all, of their license plate and registration duties to an entity in California. It's taking 6 to 8 weeks to get plates/registration on a new vehicle. And, I personally think it will get much worse before it gets better. DMV officials won't even confirm ALL of our new plates come from out of state - just that they are "...sent to the customer by mail" and are no longer being issued by MVD or 3rd party offices. ...and we thought the AZ DMV couldn't get worse....
