Well, I got the rifle back last week and finally made it back to the range this morning. Brass still isn't coming out the way it should. I can get it out without using a cleaning rod, but I am still having to tap on the bolt handle. The gun smith that Remington had me send it to, claims to have test fired it and found no issues. Not sure I believe that as I don't know any gunsmiths who keep that caliber laying around. I guess I am going to have to call Remingon, hope I don't have to get too nasty with them. Love this caliber, but I don't want to have to spend the $$$ for a Weatherby Accumark. Good thing deer season isn't starting soon.

I filled out a service ticket online with Remington last night. I'll let you know what they say. Thanks for the feedback guys.

Roninflag, I will use it for anything and everything. Tried some HSM 115 gr Bergers, and they were all over the place. The factory Weatherby 115 gr NBT shoot about 0.80 inch at 100 yds, but I can't find them anywhere. I figured that if I can't find them, I will make them. Thanks for all the advice guys. Of you guys who are loading 257 Weatherby, what loads are working the best? I am getting ready to buy my first press, and I'm wondering if there are certain loads I should not waste my time on, or does each gun vary that much. There is so much info out there, I am starting to get overwhelmed. Thanks for any help. Mike
