Now how in the world?
257wby replied to Browning'sCustomMeat's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
I heard it was hit by the train. If you look close, you can see the lower part of the legs are missing. Brutal none the less. Mike -
Hey Linehand, like you need another gun. By the way, I didn't find and mags for your 44 DE, sorry. Talk to you later. Mike

I haven't had any experience with the Tikka, but the Savage and Weatherby are great shooters. I have 2 Wby Vanguards and for $400, they are hard to beat. Just my $.02 Mike

Now that sounds like a great hunting trip. CONGRATS!! Mike

Hey Ryan, you gotta post that picture of that cow you guys used. That is too funny. Mike

Check out amvona on ebay. I bought one last year and love it. Mine has the twist lock legs but it is quick enough to adjust it. And at 1 lb 15 ozs, its a whole lot better than my old aluminum bogen. They have several different models and I scooped mine up for $92. Good luck Mike

Looks like a pretty active location. Looks like a good buck too. Mike

Amanda, do you know if the price is going to change or not. I've been kickin it around whether or not to go with one of these or a spotter. Thanks, Mike -
Next time I'm up there I'll be sure and stop to say hi if I see you. Mike

Hry Mike, Are you sure it was a Ford? I have a silver Dodge and I was on Houston Mesa sometime Sat a.m. I did see you wave in the mirror and saw your plate, but I wasn't sure it was intended for me. Mike

Sports bar in Flagstaff or Williams
257wby replied to DesertBull's topic in Non-hunting trip reports
In Williams, I think Pancho McGillicudys usually has the tvs in the bar on different games. Good luck on your hunt. Mike -
Now thats funny! Mike

Thats a nice buck, hope you are able to get after him. Good luck! Mike

That was some awesome video. Congrats and thanks for sharing. Can't wait til I get that archery bull tag. Mike

That caliber might be a little hard on the fur, but you gotta love what it will do to shoulder blades of deer or elk. Nice shootin Casey! Mike
-
Congrats on a nice looking bull. Have you had a chance to put a tape on him? Again, nice job!! Mike
-
That was a fantastic write up and photos Doug. Congrats a great goat! Mike

We need the story and a score. Congrats to your brother, awesome bull!! Mike

I hope they got to where their camo to school. Good shooting boys! Mike

The book lists the gun @ 6.75 pounds with a 26" barrel, my standard vanguard with 24" barrel is listed @7.5. Mine weighed in @9.75 w/scope and bipod. I think TC and I have the same bipod, so his should be right @ 9lbs. Mike

That is a crazy story! Congrats on a great buck. I only hope I don't have to get 14 points, thats nine more years. Congrats again. Mike

Tontocreeker's son and I killed two bulls in less than 2 minutes from 525 & 600 yds respectively. Even that little 115 grain bullet just hammered those bulls. This is a fantastic gun to shoot, I also have one similar to it, just didn't take it on that hunt. Mike

Just saw a set of three in unit 7 this past weekend. Mike
