With what New Mexico is charging him with (Involuntary manslaughter) the book in this case would only be 18 months and a 5k fine.

I was thinking of applying for a antler-less elk hunt on 10/20 - 10/26, but I don't want to miss my deer hunt in a different unit that is from 10/21 - 10/30ish. Can anyone tell me if they will move the conflicting deer hunts or will they stay the same? Or what's the normal procedure when they have moved the weeks of the elk hunts. Thank you in advance.

Just a FYI, to be very careful which roads you are traveling on around that entrance to Perrin Ranch. Many hunters drive right past the two G&F (Road Closed To Vehicle Traffic) signs that are just past the check in kiosk. One on the left at K4 tank & one right before the RR underpass. The only two roads! I met two guys that had been charged by G&F for illegal hunting while driving around back there.

It has to be a folding knife for him to legally carry it here in AZ. At least until he's 21.
