Looking to get a gun for my daughter
Diamondbackaz replied to WOODSAZ's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
Model 7 in 243 -
Same here, I'm on Advair. Dad actually got throat cancer even when he quit two years earlier. He was lucky they found it early. Still suffers from dry mouth from the radiation treatment, that was 20 years ago. My father in law died of lung cancer at 64. Was a die hard smoker up till about a week before the end.

I'm still going to keep my ccw current for travel to other states. The training that went with it was extremely valuable. It does away with any misconceptions on when you can use deadly force and when you can't.

Use turbo tax and e-file. -
I like Michelin since I like my tires round. Out of round tires drive me nuts.

I have read some real issues with them on predator masters forum. Fox pro has had to do upgrades and I think they are on generation 4.

Charleau Gap Destruction
Diamondbackaz replied to coues7's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Just remember that many of the water tanks that you hunt wouldn't exist without ranching. When has the FS ever cut a road for "weekenders and hikers and birdwatchers"!! The road that goes from the Galiuros to the Winchester's was built when the private landowner rancher closed the only way in. -

In the market for a new gun

McMillan outdoorsmen in 300 ultra. Brass for the 300 ultra is a lot cheaper than lazzeroni and weatherby brass. http://www.mcmillanusa.com/mcmillan-rifles...outdoorsman.php -
Rain Gauge, I see them all over. Pima flood control has a bunch of these, read about them here http://rfcd.pima.gov/wrd/alertsys/index.htm

Hunting 34A Alone...am I stupid???
Diamondbackaz replied to Hunter1432's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
I would hunt, but not camp anywhere that is isolated. There was a archery hunter found murdered by Helvetia a few years ago. He was alone! -
Who would want to eat a javi?
Diamondbackaz replied to joeeden's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
A successful javalina hunt is when you don't get one. -
I propose a new scoring system!
Diamondbackaz replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
, well when you see him, don't shoot. call me so I can be the one, you can have the meat . Without the systems Desert bull. all would be exterminated, like the buffalo, and elephant herds used to be..... You guys just kill spikes only so us who appreciate big bone can hang umm on our walls k. jk No, I will shoot my world record, it just won't go into a book, especially if I have to pay a fee to to it. I don't shoot spikes and small forkies either. -

Diamondbackaz replied to SilentButDeadly's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
Last thing I think about is putting my name in a book. I look at measuring as way to tell how big the rack is. If I had a world record rack, you would not see my name in a book. -
Reloading... Lee vs. RCBS
Diamondbackaz replied to luvdemcoues's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
RCBS Hands down -
Screw the fire department or the game and fish, I would have killed them right there in the bedroom with a 22. Anything that comes in my house that threatens life or property is going to get lead poisoning.

1980 Mirrocraft Aluminum Fishing Boat for Sale
Diamondbackaz replied to PhxHunt's topic in Classified Ads
This is a nice rig. My dad has an essentially the identical set up but, his mirrocraft is a 68 with a 68 evinrude 18hp. -
Butcher it your self. It is not that difficult and you package it the way you want it. You can buy a Cabelas meat grinder and vacuum packager with the money you would pay the processors.

I also believe that the mag you use can only be capable of holding five rounds. If you use a 30 round mag and only have five rounds in it you will still be in violation. This is correct. It would be like not having a plug in your shotgun. I've been checked for that.
