A proposed OSHA law will redefine handloading components and ammo under an explosives law. The sumcommittee on Eployment and Workplace Safety has these members: Murray, Clinton, Obama, Kennedy, all antigun avocates! Make a comment on the rule and then call your rep and your Senators http://www.nraila.org/Legislation/Read.aspx?ID=3145

Bla Bla Bla..... Can't stand spending my money there!! They do have the best tri-pod head though....I frickin' love that thing...... and I got about $500.00 bucks wrapped up in it, too! If you figure out what that Alum. in the head, parts, and shoes costs per ounce..... it's worth more than Gold!!! Anyhow..... I like SW and Cabela's and Bass Pro.... and Home Depot... and Wal-Mart.... and many other places, but Stupid People are everywhere. You just can't fix Stupid!!! Lark is right..... to a point... and deserves to vent. Every big chain store in the USA has probably got 3:1 ratio of dumb people to smart ones...... why...... because, no one wants to work at being good at what they do anymore!! I don't frickin' care if you flip burgers, mow grass, fix cars, build houses, guide hunters, sell stuff, or are some fancy A$$ business man..... have pride in what you do and do your BEST to be the Best at what you do!!!!!!! That in a nut shell is the problem..... most are there for the pay check, not the job satisfaction that goes with a paycheck...... Just my $.02.... Well Said,...

It means the bolt was not fully closed and locked when it fired. He told me it happened twice on his and it blew the magazine out. You need to keep them well cleaned. He demonstrated this to me on a Glock he pulled off the wall and opened the bolt, and then gently closed it. He didn't close it far enough to where the bolt was all the way closed and locked, and then he pulled the trigger "click". This should never happen on any firearm. Merriam Webster definition: the position of readiness of a gun for firing

The Tucson store has given me excellent service. It usually depends on the individual you deal with. There are several guys in the gun department that are very knowledgeable, and a couple of them I WILL NOT DEAL WITH. After talking with one of the knowldgable ones, he demonstrated to me how a Glock can fire out of battery, and after that, I had no desires to own one. Cabelas and bass Pro are nice stores but you will pay a lot more to cover the fancy showroom touroust atraction. Bass pro did have a heck of an excellent selection of fishing poles, but I thought there over priced gun department was marginal.

I have two set ups, one is the outdoorsmans tripod with the jim white head. The other is the slik pro mini that comes with a ball head with the Jim White Panning attachment. The second set up is much smaller and ligter for backpacking; and is a lot cheaper and can be purchased from Amanda for $160.00 or so. The first one is $600 or so. If I have to pack a tripod, the slik is the way to go. No need to go to B&H when Amanda can sell you what you need on this site.

Talk to these guys, they are out of Tucson http://www.allpredatorcalls.com/ -
Not offended in anyway, no apology needed. Why should this guy answer your question? Your post is condescending to him, kind of like my post to you.
-
I wouldn't have answered your question either when you keep using that stupid redneck writing.

No More Motorized Retrieval Az Big Game

You have to fight this. My biggest pet peeve with the Forest Service and the BLM for that matter, is that most of the administrative people who make these decisions aren't from around here. They do not know the people, the culture, and most don't even know the land. They come in from other states, make decisions that affect us, and move on to someplace else to broaden their career; and leave us with all of their mistakes. Most of these people are bureaucrats and are ignorant of people and the land that they are suppose to serve. -
Don't look for discounted Swarovkis from an authorized Swaro dealer. The way I understand it, Swaro dealers are obligated by rules by Swaro that they will not discount. If you find a discounted price such as "hot buys", these are grey market dealers. The way you can save is to buy from Doug at Cameraland or Eagle opics where you can save $160.00+ on sales tax that you would get charged at Sportsmans.
-
I compared them both when I was buying and ended up with the swaros. Warranty is another issue you need to look at and research.

min. cal. for deer
Diamondbackaz replied to muledeerarea33?'s topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I retired my model 7 243 after 4 deer kills; two dropped dead in their tracks, but they were hit in the neck. The other two were heart lung shots and they ran between 70 to a 100 yards before dropping. Didn't have that problem with my 06. I now use a 270 as my carry gun. I looked at the 270 WSM but decided against it because of only 2 shots fit in the magazine. -
2007 & 2008 ARIZONA HUNT REGS AVAILABLE ONLINE
Diamondbackaz replied to AZP&Y's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
The December 33 odds have been 6-8% for the past 5 years, after the number of permits was cut from 200 to 100. Kinda making me reconsider it as a choice. You are right. that hunt is tuff to draw. We should all stop putting in for it........ So i can have it all to myself. I've seen those odds, for almost all Dec hunts, and haven't even tried drawing a tag. I've stuck with Nov. hunts. Rife hunting that time of year sure sound like fun. I may have to start putting in for those hunts. I was talking about the October and November hunts which are 55% and 47% respectively. Those odds suck compared to 36B which are 100% and 94%. A lot of people have stopped hunting the border units. I have to agree on that there are people bailing away from southern units. -

Most people probably can only hunt the weekend days just as before. If you were to add another weekend as in the November hunt, you will probably see a difference
