That road has been a public road for more than 100 years according to research by AZGFD. There shld be no eminent domain taking needed. The county shld have taken up this fight on behalf of its citizens 4 or 5 years ago when Ms. Tapia closed it. Jack Thats what I was going to say. I'de like to shake the hand of the people who have not given up on this fight even after 4 to 5 years. I've been locked out of an area by a landowner who locked a gate on a road that leads to forest service land I used to hunt. It SUCKS and no one in authority has given me the time of day to talk about it. If this proof is so cut and dry, why is it going to court?? Why has it taken so long to get the gate unlocked? -
10X50's will be much brighter in low light conditions than the 10x42's.

I have an 870 and it sits and collects dust since went with an 1187 20 years ago. A 12 gauge 1187 will kick about the same as a 20 ga. 870. Since then I got another 1187 in trap model, a 1100 spl field for quail, 1187 20 gauge, and a super black eagle for blasting ducks. Do it right the first time, spend the extra money.

The county always has eminent domain rights under the constitution provided that they provide reasonable compensation. The residents have a case but the general public may not. If there is no county right of way, the county never should have been maintaining it. -
What about sanding the 15's I have a real problem of filing the adaptor space wider on a $1,500.00 pair of binos
-
I find the collet chuck design on the Swarovkis work excellent and removes the binos quickly. I had an outdoorsmans adaptor to but traded it for another Swaro mount. Since I have a narrow IPD, I have the use the binos at their narrowest setting. The outdoorsmans adaptor wouldn't allow the 15x56 binos to close all the way. The swaro mount almost did, and now does after some sanding of the sides of the post on a drum sander. I could have sanded the sides of the outdoorsmans adator too, but there would not have been a lot of metal left on the adaptor.

I go through it all the time and never had a problem. Rush hour times sometimes goes slower. -
Forest Service closing approx. 50% of our roads!
Diamondbackaz replied to crazy4COUES's topic in Political Discussions related to hunting
Bottom line, every time they close a road, they just look for more until they are all closed. The Forest Service is no longer a service to the people. Nowadays most FS people work in the office intead of the field where the real work is. -
As trophy master said, get a wrangler. You can get a used 97 and newer Wrangler with coil springs for less than you can get a Ranger for. A Wrangler can be driven on the highway, a Ranger cannot A Wrangler has AC and heating, a Ranger has none A Wrangler can be used as a family car when needed to drive across town Wrangler will be more comfortable for longer drives Wrangler parts will be easy to get years to come The wrangler will be less maintenance and more durable Can you justify the cost for such a limted use vehicle?? If I you do decide to get one, Yamaha is a much more refined product than Polaris.

Redington gets hammered by all kinds of people including tons of low lives, so you can't neccessarily blame it on hunters.

Don't waste your money on a doubler. All I have ever read about them has been bad. You can find them for sale everywhere since people are trying to unload them. Nikon is a good scope for the money.

Game Processor near Tucson
Diamondbackaz replied to kphunter's topic in Coues Deer Hunting in Arizona
I have butchered and processed every bird, fish, pig, deer and elk I have shot with the exception of one, and that one was to help out a friends business. Use the money that you would use to pay a buthcer and buy a cabelas meat grinder and sausage equipment. You can cut the steaks the way you want them and package the the way you want. It is not that difficult. And if you do a lot, buy a band saw. All of the equipment will pay for itself in by not having to hire a butcher. -
Arizona Hatters in Tucson. I haven't been in there for awhile, but there was a little oriental gal who really knew how to shape hats. They even sold pre shaped Stetsons and did custom shapping and fitting there at the store.

I can bring mine to work and you can check it out.

There are 5 things you never loan out: vehicles, guns, binos, bows, and the wife.

My brother who is an obsessed mountain biker had one go out after two years of good service. He took it back to REI where he got it and got a refund towards a new one. He tells me that they stand behind the products they sell. I'm getting one soon myself.

Well lets put it this way, my friend who is a rifle shooter who goes to the range 3 to 4 times a week and has 15 rifles, most of them magnums. He has used burris, bushnell, B&L and many others. All of his scopes are now leupold, He sold all the others. I have six leupolds and wouldn't consider anything else. I believe they also make the largest variety of selection to meet your needs.

leupold. Warranty and customer service is excellent if it breaks when you drop it.
