The .243 is sure hard to beat when it comes to a great Coues gun with the exception of the .270. The .300 win sure is a lot of gun for such a little critter. Just my $0.02.

burris all the way. either the 3X9X40 ot rhe 4.5X14X42. Use both of them and have great results with the hold-overs from 100-500 yards.
