The gun consistently groups just under 0.75 inches. I have a bunch of Sierra game kings but the bergers group much better. I haven't spent much time playing with loads to get it to shoot better. I did a ladder test when I got the rifle put together and picked the intermediate load; in my experience sub MOA is as much accuracy as I need to hunt big game.

Here's my 2013 Coues. It was a slow hunt but that didn't stop the fun! I shot this buck at 600 yards with a pretty good decline. Thanks to my custom rifle from Craig's Custom Rifles I had all the confidence I needed to make the shot. My hunting partner made the most amazing shot I have ever personally seen...1,161 yards.Yep, you guesssed it, his rifle was also from Craig's Custom Rifles. Both bucks were quick clean kills and we both practice year round to be able to take these kinds of shots and feel 100% confident in our gear and abilities. Thanks for looking.

Great write-up and congratulations! Too many these days are focused on inches and too many are jaded by what is seen in magazines, websites and on TV. Lots of people are putting giant animals on the ground (some work their butts off for them, some pay for them and some just get lucky). All that matters at the end of the day, is that nothing was left in the field and that you as a hunter and outdoors person have harvested the ultimate goal...memories which bring a smile from ear to ear over and over again, a story or two to share with someone and that you absorbed every moment in mother natures paridise. -
It was a hot hunt and of course a few items came up which ment I would not be able to hunt as long as I wouuld like. On opening mornign I took this beautiful buck and my buddy and I had the pleasure of packing him out in the unseasonalbe wather. A big thanks to Whisper (Craig's Custom Rifles) for building one heck of a rifle. I was able to take the buck with one shot and have never felt so confident behind a rifle. If anyone is looking to have some gun work done or a custom rifle build, I would highly sugget Craig's Custom Rifles...excellent gun smithing and fantastic prices. Thansk for looking and big thanks to Kyle for his help and friendship.

Prices reduced I now have two great packs for sale: 1) Eberlestock J51 Warhammer and 2) Badlands 4500. The Eberlestock J51 Warhammer has also only been used one time and comes with the spike camp duffle: $250 OBO The Badlands 4500 (2006-2007 model) is in good condition but has been used: $130 OBO This pack has the fanny pack and small back as well (the fanny pack needs a new zipper handle). Both of these packs are great and extreemly comfortable. I have too many packs and need to make room. Unfortunately none of these packs fit my awkward torso and hips (I am just too small). I am located in the Tucson area but travel frequently. Please email me or call if interested. Thanks, Mike steward24@gmail.com 928-713-6470

Give Kyle Craig a call. He just built me an awsome rifle. Kyle shoots straight, does a great job and has the best prices in town: https://sites.google.com/site/craigscustomrifles/home -
There is a new gun builder in town (Craig's Custom Rifles) and I am sure glad he built my newest rifle! Kyle (the owner) built me a 6.5X284 and the craftsmanship is absolutely amazing! The gun shoots like a dream and looks awesome as well. Check out his website for information: https://sites.google...stomrifles/home. Not only did he do an amazing job building my rifle, Kyle was a great resource when helping me evaluate what caliber would be best for my needs. I am still working up some loads but so far all of my groups are under 1 MOA; the gun just flat shoots. Kyle's prices are un beatable as well! steward224
