Glad it worked out. Just FYI, the biggest accuracy improvement will be dropping the action in a B&C medalist stock. They have them for both the heavy and sporter barrels. Cut my groups in half.

Just be careful not to lose the 2 E clips. Other than that, it is pretty easy and you can go lighter than 2 lbs if you wish. You'll be looking for the HACT trigger adjustment. Let me know if you need any help with it.

No Remington trigger will work. Did you try clipping the spring? Pretty good youtube video showing how to do it. Both of mine are a little over 2 lbs.. It is a 2 stage trigger so you still have to take up the the creep before it fires.
