Is there anyone out there that has 16 or more resident elk points that would be interested in putting in with me? I will make it worth your while. Dm if interested.

Resident elk points won't do anything for your app if you're a nonresident just an FYI. But if you need odds for certain hunts let me know and I can throw up some numbers for your situation. 16 points is gonna be from someone holding out for a early rifle tag or a unit 23 or 9 archery tag. You won't see anybody willing to give that much time up even for cash either

  2. Selling my .92 acre plot of land in Northern CA, Located in the town of Alturas, in Modoc County. Has pine trees on it. No recent fires near it. Properties have electricity and water within a quarter mile of my land. Fishing ponds, lakes, and creeks nearby in community. About 1 mile away from public land hunting for unit x3a. This can be used as a private campground to keep and RV or build a vacation/hunting cabin.

    Taxes are 283 a year

    Hoa is 95 a year

All taxes are paid for, no leans, or debts on my land.

Throw me an offer. I've seen lots go from 3500 to 25k, not sure what dictates that. But I will take an offer towards the lower end due to buying a house soon and paying for the wife's schooling. I am open to trades as well! Message here or PM of any questions

@oz31p I will get her a bow and see if she can pull back enough poundage, the question was more about a backup firearm incase she does not like, or cant pull back enough poundage. I know the post was not worded well.

@UggRedBilly Thanks for the advice and specifics on equipment. I think I will get a bow for her and a muzzy as backup. I hope she will like bow tho. Gives me a reason my wife cant be mad I bought a muzzleloader

I started shooting my bow at about 8 years old and quickly got up to 35 pounds. Plenty on practice and she will get there in no time. But the AR pistol will probably be the best option and easiest to learn
