Exactly, live free or die! Government has no right to tell a free man what to wear on his own free time. But im still not convinced masks work. My uncle caught the virus and he was wearing a mask in the place he caught it from. I know 2 more people with the same story.

Better than a lib any day of the week!

I was in unit 1, 10 days ago, i seen 7 birds in 2 days. It just depends where your at.

I was in the white mountains. I seen them in open fields feeding. But they were skittish, couldnt call them in and were spooked easy. One i was trying to call in got spooked by a woodpecker! 😫 No joke, but my guess is the hunting pressure is making them be extra cautious.

I thought all target shooting was banned when the fire ban went into effect. So according to this i can still shoot in Apache-Sitgreaves National Forest?

What do yall think about carnero lake this weekend? Think it will be packed? Dont want to make the 5 hour drive to be crowded. Ive never really had a problem with crowds there but in these days nobody knows.

There are plenty of forums that are only mulies, or only whitetail on this site. This is what this forums rule's say. . This forum is the place for everything hunting and outdoors related that doesn't fit in the other categories. A fire ban is outdoors related and imho and is welcome here. And as to the idiots you speak of, well im probably one of them. But i come to this site to learn things, and have learned quite a bit about big game hunting. So if you want this site to only be the guys who have been hunting there whole life and dont want to have a little fun in "the Campfire forum", i suggest you stick with other forums.

Ok i will go scout the area soon to try to find some spots. And closer to the lake like birdhunter mentioned for a plan B.

I thinking of camping on the rim next hunting trip i go on. Anybody know if we can be by ourselves and not be bothered? I know its an impossible question. But how are the crowds in general, in deer and turkey season around august/september? I know there will be campers, but as long as we can find a place to ourselves, close to a dirt road with nobody close is all we want. Were thinking the rim area south of knoll lake.
