You are experiencing bulging where the FL die cannot size just above the belt. If you want to continue to shoot the brass you have you will need to get a Belted Magnum Collet Resizing Die from Larry Willis. I have one and they work.

If I was you I'd try H4350. My daughters Savage is a laser with 41.7gr and the 95gr BT's. This is a VERY POPULAR load.

Adam, You need/should watch this series. Ryan did an awesome job documenting his journey to precision. I'd say if you have a 1MOA gun, you likley aren't going to get it done no matter how good you shoot. I saw a 308 5r for sale on this forum that would make a great f-class gun. I though you were selling it....

The VERY best flashlights around are EagleTacs. At work we use the D25LC2 Mini. They are slight larger than a AA battery and put out an amazing 720 lumens. These little bad boys rock! If you buy a 3200mAh battery for them they will literally last weeks on the lowest setting and 2-4 hours on the highest setting. Light, batteries and charger run about $115

M70 Featherweight in 30-06. That is the lightest rifle and the best optics of what you posted.
