Not an ATV. It has to be a factory two-up atv to have a passenger. It is spelled out very clearly in the regulations and statues. It was recently changed. Pull up the ARS....

The ranger is dead wrong. If the quad has been modified with equipment that was designed to make an atv capable of riding two people it is legal

Definitely follow this advice. I would never do a re-barrel on Savage without a go/no-go gauge. For $60 a set can be had and it will make your life much easier.

AZ Ranger nailed it. The KUIU pack could be so much better. I would love it if KUIU would modify the harness with some extra straps that went down to the "basket" so that you could remove the binos and glass with them without having the whole harness fall off. They also need an additional strap that can hook onto a belt loop at the very back of your pants. The harness as is still hikes up on your neck. Their harness is great but the perfect one still hasn't been mass produced.

That is a tough tough hunt this year. I work in 2b. With all the water we've had they elk are spread out. Try down near the river, just south of the prison.

I can tell you that the actions he uses for the rifles are machined from a solid block of steel right here in AZ. They come from a top notch machine company. I would guess they will shoot as good as any custom rifle on the market.

Colts sucks anyway. When you bought one you were buying a name. It is bad, but we are (were) a capital based financial system. The strong are doing just fine.
