Don't know if anyone else noticed that Bank of American has refused to do business with Arizona based McMillan Group International. As a means of supporting the 2nd Amendment, Firearm Manufacturers and all things related to freedom I'll be closing out my BofA accounts. They hold my mortgage so I'll have to keep that, but I'm closing out everything else. SCREW YOU BANK OF AMERICA. It appears that since the evil bailout you don't stand for freedom!

Coues Krazy, I don't mean this as a personal attack, but there ain't no way in heck we are going to change the weather patterns.....the weather has been cycling from the beginning of time. The thing we CAN CHANGE is the way the forest is managed. Enviro-nuts don't want anyone in the forest and they want mother nature to groom herself which is exactly what is happening. There is and can be a happy medium......it's called bringing back the timber industry to thin. It can pay for itself. They dumba$$e$ in Washington don't even have to pay for it nor do we as tax payers. They just need to get out of the way and tie down enviro-nuts from stopping it. Then we can have fires and they burn the underbrush, the same exact thing that mother nature does, without burning up all of the white mountains......

Ted is the man. He screwed up, UNKNOWINGLY, and admits it is unfortunate. The government is after him as far as I'm concerned because he tells the truth.

New Legislation to allow Suppressor Hunting in AZ
coues7 replied to coues7's topic in Rifle hunting for Coues Deer
hank you to Governor Brewer for signing HB 2728 into law and to the legislators who voted for its passage. Thank you also to the NRA members who contacted their state Senators and Representatives. -
Annual fees, insurance requirements...NO. FFL license under an LLC...Yes. You'll probably spend $75 with the ACC and $20-$40 to post your LLC in the newspaper for 3 weeks. Easy Cheesy

Setup an LLC its much easier and better in my opinion.

Mike is surely missed. Happy Birthday friend!

Folks vote how you want......especially in the primaries. When it comes to the general election, and IF you disagree with the direction our country is headed, ANY VOTE and I repeat ANY VOTE and/or write-in that is not cast for the opposing candidate (whether it be Ron Paul, Mitt Romney, or Santorum) is a VOTE for Obama......use your vote wisely. It will affect the future of our country!

If anyone for one second believes the Pres. Obama, given a 2nd term, wouldn't attempt, even under an executive order anything that wouldn't damage the 2nd Amendment is crazy. He is no friend of this our country as established by our founding fathers. I don't think anyone give Obama enough credit for what he COULD do....the weak and needy are overtaking our country.....he has lots of backing.

New Legislation to allow Suppressor Hunting in AZ

Nothing, absolutely nothing can silence a firearm. Even with a suppressor and subsonic ammo, at a bare minimum and the least you'll hear would be the sound of a paintball gun. Nothing is silenced. -

Having a suppressed versus unsuppressed firearms would not prevent you from "potentially get out of harms way if I know where the sound is coming from". Suppressors DO NOT SILENCE and the chances of someone hunting with subsonic ammo is very very slim. Every time a person hears a non-suppressed weapon and is not wearing hearing protection they are sustaining irreversible damage to their hearing. IRREVERSIBLE! In other words it's not coming back! The state of Georgia is moving their SB301 forward. Way to go GA! -
New Legislation to allow Suppressor Hunting in AZ

Well get the heck out of my way so I can be responsible for my hearing and shoot all my high powered rifle with a suppressor attached to the end of them. -

POB, May I provide you with a little bid of information: From World War II and through Vietnam, hearing damage has been a leading disability for returning US veterans. Tinnitus is currently the number one service connected disability of veterans returning from Iraq and Afghanistan. The total number of vets awarded disability compensation for tinnitus at the end of 2009 surpassed 760,000. Since 2005, the number of veterans receiving service-connected disability for tinnitus has increased by at least 15% each year. At this alarming rate, 2014 will see 1.5 million vets receiving military compensation for tinnitus, at a cost to American taxpayers of over $2.26 billion. Anyone who avidly shoots a rifle and does not either use a suppressor or use hearing protection permanently damages their hearing. It does not come back, it does not improve! I couldn't agree more with DesertBull. The comment about it being a tool for poachers is, in my opinion invalid. Of the 40 states in the union who allow civilian ownership of suppressors, 20 (HALF) allow them for hunting. Many have for some time. There has been no data to support the use of suppressors for poaching. Anyone who would pay $200 to the ATF and then use a suppressor or class III weapon illegally is an idiot. If such a weapon is used in a crime, it automatically is a felony with lifetime suspension of your 2nd amendment rights. -
