My Wife has always been very supportive and understanding of my passion. I think she really came to understand what it meant to me when the results were only available on the phone and would spend hours redialing till I got through. When I did get the results the whole neighborhood knew either way and she was great about making me feel better or helping me celibate I am sure now she just prays I get a tag so I will just get the heck away

OH MY I was just doing my thing here in the Man Cave when the wind really started to pick up so went to look and man do we have a storm moving in. I went into the house to check from the upstairs porch and anyone hunting just below the rim is not a happy camper right now Thunder is starting to roar, winds are at least 30+MPH and it is just flat a$$ pouring north of me and headed towards me.

Want to go out some time Houston? Never been much of a varmint hunter but I have a 204Ruger carbine barrel for my Contender and a 17HMR rifle on the way I would like to try out. I do have an extra frame in Contender and a 223, 218 Bee and 22 Hornet barrels in handgun configuration if you would like to pack it for a change. I have a old tape caller and several mouth calls I use for Bear, Lion and pigs but I am sure you have better stuff. Congratulations Alex on a great outing

Hard to say Brent. Hunlee has been all over the hunting forums and does use different names. (bet he just could not pass up Kornbagger) making post like this but sometimes he gets a bit serious if he really needs to learn about a subject. I first ran into him on Longrange and he was talking/learning about pistol Contenders. Most of use feel he is is just a great humored guy that has a way with words to make him look like a total idiot while he has a ton of fun and does gain the knowledge he seeks. I may search for the post on longrange and post the link, Very funny indeed.

Yes he does have a drive named after him and rightly so He spent many a year working his butt off to buy what the family needed. Guns, bullets, still, lard, and shoes for his wife. Here is a Video of him coming home on his drive the day he retired They where all so proud and happy for the old codger that they hired the local film producer to tape the event. Oh By the way Nut, if you got off the 308 and did what you did with the .284 you would be THOUSANDS of dollars richer Kind of like Lark with the .270

I am sure glad I spent the better part of the last year + researching this type of stuff for my measly little builds or I and most of the members of this site would have no clue as to what the heck you guys are talking about I would say 90%+ of the members that have looked at this post once maybe twice and will not look again since it does not pertain to anything they care about and that is fine.
