HaHa Jim, Welcome to the fever. I'm trying to save up for a Dall sheep hunt myself. I save all my change and even if something cost $1.01 and I have a pocket full of change I will pay with $2.00 I have been doing this for years and get over $300.00 a year. I have not taped into it since my Desert Sheep hunt in 2003. Glad you had a good time with good friends. Mike

I have a Packrat building a nest in my Ford Super Duty. I parked it in the back yard hoping my dog might catch it when it comes out to feed. Does anyone have a good way to get rid of this thing before it chews up the wires? Mike

Yes! Next time wait a bit before talking and try to get to know the turtle better. You might try offering it a snack, too. Then use a very calm voice, and maybe the turtle will feel better about having a conversation. Hope that helps. -TONY

12v trail cam betteries

As far as I know most of the cameras work on 6 volt. I have rechargable batteries in mine with solar chargers. They have worked well. I have gone back to check my cameras after 3-4 weeksand the battery is around 90% I have a true test coming up. If I still own them I have had 2 cams out since September without checking them. I know, shame on me I am sure the memory cards are full. Anyway, Rechargable and solar is the way to go. Mike -
PS, 50.9 degrees right now, don't look for snow out of this one

What the are you talking about, Beautiful thing. I have a Bull tag in my pocket and here I sit yakin at you If it would let up for a minute I would go check the rain guage and add some wood to the fire in the house before it goes out. Next week , rain would be BEAUTIFUL Mike

Congrates on your Bull. I just looked up and looked at my spike rack on the wall here in my garage. It is nice to have hunters helping hunters. -
Hey DB. I use TOPO USA have you used it? If so how would you compare? I saw some pros and cons but only looked at the web site didn't try the free demo because I am back on my wifes lap top. My flippen computer at home died of a double heart attact I took out 2 hard drives at once Guess I should leave the cover on the CPU I found out it is not a good idea to put a 454CID in a Model T Mike

I don't know where you hunting But if anyone knows someone with a Tag in the central part of the state they are having a tough time of it this morning. It has been drizzleing all morning and visability is about 100 yrds because of the fog. I headed out this mornng to my glassing spot and some SLOB was parked right in the middle of the road Thats ok since you couldn't glass anyway. On my way back thru I saw him driving up the road. There is a good chance he is still trying to get his truck back on the road. It's one of those hills that turn real slick with just a little rain. I have a hard time on my Polaris 4X4 when its wet. Since it was raining and you could not glass I went for a ride to see who was where. What I saw was a lot of people sitting in or standing around their trucks waiting for the weather to break. It still hasn't, I can just see the house across the street. The forcast has us under a flash flood watch untill Sunday afternoon. Think I'll just kick back and wait till Sunday and let the weekenders go home. Good Luck to everyone Mike Oh Ya! Congrates on your Bull Redneck Hope you can get one for the boy now
