I guess you better find a new bullet Casey It only took Linnea 1 shot at that range to SLAM her Bull I spent about 2-1/2 hours reading all the old topics this morning since it was way to cold to go outside and work. Never really found the answers I was looking for. TAM, I did check out Kenton and it does not look like they have them for my scope Plus I think I would like to go up to a 50MM. Their web site is a little confusing about if you need turrets before you add theirs Does anyone have a scope with turrets they want to get rid of? It looks like I am going to need to buy a scope for what I want to do$$$$$$$$ Thanks, Mike

Well, after sitting here for a day and a half, not hunting because of this storm that has been none stop since Friday morning. Lets talk about rain gear. I have been wanting to buy some GOOD rain gear for several years but did not want to shell out a bunch of money on a piece of crap. Lets hear some input on the best gear for the money. Thanks, Mike

All Rightee than. here is a pic of a bull with trash like I have never seen I am seeing 4 extra points. You may have to save the picture and then increase its size to see them all. By the way I did not put that salt there. But I am glad someone did. And Yes I may have a picture of that person. I have seen him before and he just smiled for the camera so I am not going to post his pic for now. Just can not remember where I have seen him. Maybe my shop. If you are out there let me know Mike -

I am using the Moultrie rechargable 6 volts with solar panel. On Cam #1 all the screen said was memory full so I could not check battery status then. I just hooked it up and it said 42% so the cold must have been affecting them as they usualy have 95+ % Cam #2 had shut off because of low battery on Dec. 17. So to answer your guestion, NO I will say that #2's solar panel was facing due East so it was not getting a lot of charge time. Mike -
Besides Jeff, You can't shoot the horn off with a stick. Oh Crap, Did I say that There are not many Coues in the pines. You have to go down south to the 30 units to get anything over a 2 point. They just grow better on rocks instead of pine needles Just look at the pictures being posted Everyone is not smileing because they have cactus stuck in them. Can't explain it just the way it is WELCOME to the site T. Ruble

Amanda, when I tried to read the thread title I thought you had gotten into the P.P. margaritas again or is it egg nog Very cool pictures. The neighbor hood I grew up in did that thoughout the whole place. I wish I would have thought of that sooner, I would have done my house. Thanks for sharing. Mike -

I disagree too.......just makin' a funny 'cause I'm still in awe that there are people out there that discredit those animals Would love to hear more and see more pics! They are saying those things because they are pissed because they have not drawn a tag. A sheep tag puts you into a new world. You can not imagine what it is like till you have that tag, Cost me a ton of money, and a lot of time and some damage to my Super Duty. If someone draws a sheep tag from here I will pinstripe my truck from front to rear to help them fill that tag. We love our Coues but the brotherhood in sheep hunting goes right down to the bone. Not a toad, Best in that unit in 10 years.( I think) 157" [ Mike

Jim, don't listen to Bill. I feel sorry for your wife since bighorn fever has set in I would rather have been 3' short than over. By the way Ajo, the first thing I learned when I drew my tag was to never judge a Ram from the rear. They all look big. Congrats to the hunter and all who helped. Mike
