Looking to sell my Sig Sauer P226 Nitron chambered in .40 S&W. I bought the gun about 7 years ago and shot one or two boxes at the range and then put it away in the safe. It was a blast to shoot, but I'm not really a handgun guy and would rather put money towards another rifle build. The gun has always been kept in a climate controlled (low humidity) gun safe, it has less than 50 rounds through the barrel and is in excellent shape. Sig Sauer does not make the P226 chambered in .40 S&W, so I've been told this specific gun is increasingly rare to come by. With the handgun, I'm including: Two factory Sig Sauer magazines (.40 S&W / .357) 80 rounds of Speer Gold Dot (165 Grain) 30 rounds of assorted .40 S&W ammo (mostly Hornady Critical Defense) Asking $1,000 - will only entertain cash offers - no trades. And buyer will need to agree to doing an FFL transfer at my gun shop @ Mill & Baseline. I will pay the FFL transfer fee. -MM

Selling our 2020 Club Car Villager 4 seater golf cart. The cart is in great shape - newer batteries, tires and seats. It is currently in the White Mountains, but I will go pick it up and trailer it down to Phoenix if I have a buyer for it. Otherwise, I will just put a "For Sale" sign on it when I'm up there this summer. Have not used it enough to justify keeping it. Bought it for $6,500 from a licensed Club Car dealer in 2023 and we haven't put more than a few hours on it since then. Asking $5,000 cash.

Selling two KampRite Tent Cots, lightly used. They are very lightly used (maybe 3 trips) and I don't want to keep storing them in my storage unit. I don't have pictures, but they are both in the storage bags they come in and have been kept in a climate controlled unit since I bought them. $100 cash, each (they are approx. $200 new). I can meet you at the storage facility near Bethany Home & 7th Street.

Just upgraded the wheels & tires on my Polaris Ranger XP1000 for some more ground clearance. Does anyone have interest in buying the used XP1000 tires? They are 27x9R14 in the front & 27x11R14 in the back. Would be a nice upgrade for someone with a base model or even premium trim level Polaris Ranger (which I recall have 25s & 26s, respectively). I will double check mileage tonight, but I'd be willing to bet they have less than 1,000 miles on them. Asking $400 cash. Local buyers only - I live in North Central Phoenix. -MM
