Lance I'm sure our crew will be there again this year. My girlfriend just moved to Flagstaff last week to take a job up there and Jay and his family will be moving up there in a month or two....so I'm pretty sure i'll be up there one way or another.

Check Costco. Couple months ago I bought a set of 3 of the current model of the Motorola walk-abouts and they have done much better than some of the older Motorola models that I have. They also came with ear buds and a stand for recharging them for around $80. Well worth it.

Lance, I have the same tag as last year but will will have my brothers out there the week before to see if I can get them into some birds.

Another option is to take an old milk crate and cut a hole out of the bottom of it, then attach a toilet seat to it. Your squatter gets moved wherever you need it to with no clean up.....unless you're eating some of that soy that a dude mentioned earlier....

Prior to reading this I was under the impression that if a skull from a kill still had a any hide or hair still attached it was not legal to pick up. The way this reads is as long as it's "not fresh" and only a majority of the animal is exposed bone then it is ok to pick up.

Like everyone said....that sucks!!! But thanks for the reminder to the rest of us to make sure we lock our stuff up even if we're just running in someplace real quick while we're on the way to or from a hunt. Half the time I put my bow in the truck while the other half I don't because I don't think anyone will mess with me stuff in the couple of minutes I'm gone. Will take the extra time to do it from now on!

I've heard people talk about sitting tanks while archery hunting and having some success while doing so. Tried that tactic again this past week with no luck so I'm hoping some of you guys might be able to help me out??? Here's a pic of my set-up....
