If I was bcc777 and so concerned about the AZGFD and their conspiracies with tag allocation and controlling who gets what....I'm thinking I would be careful about what was said on a public forum about them because I would be afraid that I might not ever get drawn again. Just sayin...

When it took me 8 years to draw my first elk tag I too was upset with the system. But if you truly want the opportunity to hunt elk then the system works just fine as you should be able to draw an elk tag every year or two. If you are sitting on 10,15, or even 20 bonus points then you can't be mad at the system then because you don't want to hunt elk, you want to hunt "trophy bulls" during the rut in units that are famous for big bulls. No system is perfect but I think that it works but could be improved. What we need to do is find a way to make everyone pay for tags up front even if it is with credit cards that way we don't have rejected cards holding up the process. Also, find a company that is able to bring the online process up to par with other companies that deal with online services. No more bogged down servers that lead to extensions in the due date and the ability to handle its customers like any other business would.

I don't have the same streak as TJ yet, but I'm going on my 3rd bull hunt in a row. Hopefully I can get to 25 like TJ!

Looking for a gunsmith in Tucson. A buddy here at work has a an old 30-30 that has been in his family for while and it needs to be brought back up to working order. He lives off the I-10 and Cortaro and would prefer to have something nearby if possible. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Finally made it down to Mexico a couple of weeks ago....what a blast! I was also able to take my new photo skills learned from some of our members to capture the full experience. All I can say is that I am glad I got him before he got me!

Glad you got in across with no problems. If you had an agent that was willing to check and recheck a pig cape it must have been the lady I had coming across. My deer cape got the 3rd degree while the rest of our group was in and out in no time with the guy checking them.
