Check out rainlog.org its run by Univ of Arizona and has a ton of weather stations reporting. Some are in great locations for hunting. It’s always 24hrs delayed, but you can see specific days or even a cumulative total for any period of time. great resource imo

So had venison roast for turkey day! 22 hours at 135C it melted in your mouth. if I was to do it again it’s be a little cooler (maybe 132 like previous posts) and finish it on the grill versus sear it off first. forgot to take a picture of it when it was ready to eat because we were all starving and I didn’t think about it! -

Yeah, double the price is a minimum for in stock. sportsmans keeps pretending they have the bulk CCI in stock every other week, but I can never get the purchase to go through online for pickup. im just out so figured I’d share until insanity passes.
