Full fee up front solves it all....

Has everyone forgotten that the selection process for these contracts is based on the LOW BID? You get what you pay for. If they transition to online only I hope to heck they also move to full fee up front like the other states. It would resolve most if not all of the issues surrounding card cancellations and declined cards. These issues are EXACTLY the reason other states went to full fee up front. If it requires legislation, so be it. Pursue the legislation.

Ramshot Magnum and 140 grain pills are where it's at for the 264. 3050 is the absolute ceiling for my 24" plumbing. Bergers BC is .612 and AMAX is .585. Swift calcs their BCs like some bow makers figure IBO FWIW. The 140 AMAX is a killing SOB. Good thing you like the controlled expansion slugs. That 3 groove pipe is gonna eat thin jackets like a madman after about 200 rounds... in my 6.5x300RCM the Bergers went first at about 150 rounds, the AMAX shortly after, at about 250. No target impact, puff of smoke observed by spotter mid-air. Accubonds and ballistict tips still shoot fine... Having BTDT, I wouldn't wish controlled expansion low BC slugs or a 3 groove 6.5 barrel on my worst enemy for long range shooting, especially with high displacement platform. 5 groove 264 has nary a problem with thin jackets after 1k rounds... and the 6.5x300RCM is on it's way back for a 5 groove tube.

Finding an '88 or '89 with 3.Slow and blown head gaskets will be the best bet for a body... Though I'd NEVER own a 2 door runner again. I'd drop the 15 bills on a formula chassis and rock on. Good luck.

I built a 6.5-300 RCM. 3k with 140s in a true short action and sings in a 2.9" mag box. Brass is EASY, I just use my 7SAUM die as an intermediate step after annealing to get the necks to 6.5. Trim, neck turn, rock on. PacNor still has the PTG reamer I ordered. Only way to reasonably stomp it's performance is a 264 WM, which I also have. It's a lot of extra for another 200 fps... and most bullets I've used seem to like the 2800-3k window anyway.

This is exactly why AZ needs to charge full fee up front for online apps just like NM does... it eliminates all the BS.

We have certainly become a society rather brimming full of self entitled litigious individuals. If a guys card was charged due to some sort of error, should he try to sue, or take his lumps and the ethical high road everyone here always talks about?

Having had an illegal, unauthorized charge on my card, and having gone through the 90 day process of resolving it, I can tell you for CERTAIN that you agreed to abide by the cardholder agreement when you checked the little box. And that cardholder agreement says your remedy is a refund. No more, no less. Your cardholder agreement protects you, but it also protects the merchant. It's reality, and it's legally binding. If you don't like it, you can close your account, even if you have an outstanding balance.

Read your card agreement. Your remedy for charges for goods or services not recieved, is a refund. No more, no less. They haven't posted the results, haven't told ANYONE they were, and I wouldn't bet on having been drawn until that happens.

The results aren't going to be out much before the 20th... they said 1-2 weeks BEFORE the computer screwed the pooch last week.

This does nothing to address the HUGE percentage of tags already allocated to landowners, which also subsidize the guides. Can't for the life of me understand the NM system, which allocates a huge number of tags to guides through landowners, then allocates another 10% to guides through the draw. No on really talks about the duplicity of that subsidy.

Likely the only reason for the media release is so their booth at the expo isn't inundated with people just wanting to know "WHEN?"

Worse yet when an invasive species, entirely destructive to the arid southwest (Tamarisk, Salt Cedar) is PROTECTED to provide possible habitat for a protected species (Southwest Willow Flycatcher) which has only been counted for a decade or maybe a little more, and no hard evidence shows they were here PRIOR to the invasion of said plant specie. Like a man waking up from a month long drunk, I have to ask, "How did we get here?"
