Think there are Coues around here? I know this mule habitat but idk how many Coues are around here this is near first water trailhead

For location I know Coues deer live above 3500 feet. so i would need to go in the more eastern part of 24b. Would Rogers Trough trailhead be a good place to start? Its about 4800 ft. Im just not too sure where to actually go. I have also looked at Montana mountain and i found a pretty good sized watering hole. Is that a good place to hunt?

Thanks, that will save me a lot of money. I’m just gonna buy some good binos and then I’ll see about a spotting scope. I’m kind of on a budget cause I’m 16 and there’s only so much money I can make over the summer so.

I got my bow for Christmas, and I have been going out for rabbits with my shotgun. I am just trying to get more familiar with the unit. I see a lot of Mule deer but no coues. I got some new boots and I hiked like 5 miles yesterday but didn't see anything.
