I was an install tech who traveled the whole valley for twenty plus years. I learned about a lot of different businesses, met a lot of people.

Lehi Rd is in the heart of Lehi, an old Mormon settlement. Lehi was incorporated into the City of Mesa. Primarily horse properties, Lehi properties have some of the oldest grandfathered irrigation water rights, being located close to the Salt River just south of the Red Mountain 202 between Country Club to Gilbert Rd, N of McKellips. Very similar to the old Laveen, Gilbert White Fence Farms, Glendale horse properties, and old N Central (Glendale up to Dunlop 7th Street to 7th Ave) area. I'm sure there are more, like some of the Queen Creek and AJ areas. Lehi still has a free (to attend) rodeo every year the first Saturday in March.

Very friendly, nice, goats. Goats can be escape artists and these two love to get out, but stay close as if to laugh at you. Time for me to get the last laugh.

It's a very nice canoe and a good price. If it needs to be registered that should be simple, but not necessary if the motor isn't used, right? Either way, seems to me it's almost worth driving from Mesa.

Or private/private community waters? Just Public/Governmental US and maybe International waterways? Without any motor no registration needed, even a John boat? Right?

Nice. With an electric motor I believe it has to be registered as a watercraft by AZ Fish & Game and have numbers?

Bumped send. Take about three 45 min breaks well spaced out in-between each day. I lost an inch in my waist in 5 days and slept like a rock on a cot. Rather than lose the pants, might be healthier to lose the weight.😁
