    Ruger 77 Tang Safety .270

.270 Remington is not suitable for anything bigger than cottontails and packrats? There are some hogs in Texas a friend of mine shot that may argue that point, had they survived. Nice looking gun, and looks great in the pics.

    Another new scammer / spam

I'll take first, second, third, fourth and fifth? Never mind, he wants too much and I am almost purely a FTF guy. But don't mind me, I'm just "way out there" and it's too hard to share Covid-19 any other way. OK, just having fun. Seriously, thanks for the heads up.

Plus the loss of gun and voting rights, having to petition the courts and be at their mercy to get them restored which includes having to stay away from guns and weapons, and I believe having to sell/gift your guns and weapons. Since NoBull350 is making so much money in the stockmarket and on guiding, Blake won't feel much pain and they don't need any help, if it was warranted.

I don't understand why people on Coueswhitetail have to demean another Hunter's results. In my opinion, that is part of the problem as well. Why can't people just respect and congratulate someone for having a successful hunt? Why all of the childish "mine's bigger and better than yours"? Why so much rudeness? Every hunt means something special to each hunter and their catch, or lack there of, carries those memories. When their results are demeaned, you are in essence demeaning their memories. The only results that should ever be attacked are the poached memories, the thieving hunters. They steal and create false memories. If you want changes, take the next step and contact your state representatives and AZGFD. It's your wildlife. Care enough to push for changes if you don't like the current results and "good deal". Jed has to pay $23k + in penalties and Blake 18k + . Jed lost privileges for two years, Blake 10. Neither got jail/prison time but Blake now has a felony record and loss of rights. A3 skated without any penalties. If that is all your poached wildlife/memories were worth then you're done. If they were worth more, make changes. YOU CAN DO IT!

Certain convictions/ court orders are flags to the Border Patrol and Immigration. With the new systems when your ID is presented, if there is a flag because of a before mentioned conviction/ court order, you are taken to secondary for interrogation/further investigation. This supposedly is done since drug traffickers and/or terrorists purportedly tend to have problems in those areas as well. Just more hassle and scrutiny and loss of time. It is also my understanding that if you have a current or possibly past felony you may not be able to get a passport. Not a rant. Just not a position I would want to be in. But then, maybe I'm just out there. Sorry you dislike me so much. But that's OK. It's you right.

Felony conviction pretty much equals loss of gun rights. I don't know anyone who believes the loss of rights is a good deal. You?

Because the government will scrutinize and treat you as such, even when you are not one. The frustration, loss of time, humiliation, etc. can be unbearable and seem endless.

So there was much more. Since they can't criminally prosecute him for them why not brag on everything he got away with? How many animals did he illegally poach over the years? Was he the greatest poacher of all time in AZ? How many cameras did he steal? Was he the greatest thief in AZ history? Did he terrorize other hunters? Wild game? You brought up the point.

I am far from lost although also not easily found. While I am that I am my character is sound at my age and I don't have to prove anything. I'm also not under a microscope, except maybe my posts on Coueswhitetail. I've never been arrested and never had reason to be so. But don't think my life has been boring. I still work long hours even having had a couple of back surgeries. I prefer to help improve lives and give back to society to some degree rather than be self centered and just take. But I don't see where your brother's cause is just. He already got a "go fund me" from society with the reduction in his potential fines and penalties.

With your notoriety people will look at you and everything you do with greater scrutiny. With what you've been posting and with your past record you'll run a greater chance of being found guilty criminally or civilly of events you may be "innocent" of. In the recent years, any criminal conviction, restraining orders, etc. that Homeland Security has deemed "likely to be a drug or terrorist related crime" flags a person and causes a secondary interrogation or even strip search on each and every entry back into the US. Such was not so in the past and convictions of many years back typically are not included. A buddy went through a really nasty divorce which included a falsely obtained restraining order. He got it quashed but the legacy lives on even though he carries a copy of the final dismissal. Government is quicker to post and slow or noncompliant to remove. Same is true with gun rights. Did Blake lose is gun rights? I believe that includes ANY weapons, guns, knives, etc.

Anybody who knows him or is aware of what happened is going to scrutinize his every action. He may be declared guilty for anything that occurs near him, even if innocent. He is now under a microscope and you are bringing more notoriety to his situation. Any camera that disappeared, Blake is now the guilty party. Any game theft, look to Blake. Any dealings, can you trust Blake? And, now that I know what I know, I would discourage people from getting involved with A3, you, or Blake. Stay away from other people's messes, stay out of trouble. And that is sad. From what I've read you have some great skills. But the baggage may be too expensive now. Think about it. Fame or infamy? Is it really worth it? Loss of privacy. Fear of retribution and attack. Potential loss or limitation of future income. And what else will the family have to endure as well. I wouldn't want to be in Blake's or your position now if you paid me a million dollars. Some of us have lived long enough to see or hear what can now occur. Good luck!

Gun rights revoked for assault? Conviction of assault has ramifications on foreign travel and return into the US. May open the door for additional violations down the road. May limit a person's freedom. How is that good? Violating a Court Order could produce charges of Contempt? Could mean jail time. Good? Private Lawsuits by defrauded victims? Additional attorney fees? Good? Is this really the end of his legal battles and legal expenses? And what if more violations are discovered, or even accusations. How much will that cost to defend? Keep waving a flag in front of a bull and eventually the bull will charge. And once injured, how wise is it to continue with the same behavior? Why wave a big flag in front of the bull for your brother to get destroyed? How is this helping or benefiting your brother? The more people who become irritated the greater the chance of more evidence being produced for additional issues. Theft of cameras? Destruction of personal property? Trespass charges? Civil suites? What about future licenses? If he goes through all the effort to become a dentist, all of the expense, will he be granted a license to practice with this in his past. There is an increasing movement to disallow convicted felons, or even misdemeanors, from getting licenses in the name of safety for the general populace. What really are the ramifications and real costs of committing illegal acts and of being convicted? A good buy? A good deal? How about a gift that may keep giving, so to speak. This is all just so sad. No upside really.
