FYI : Before you buy! Many AR15's are polymer lowers and uppers
Boarman03 replied to Boarman03's topic in Classified Ads
ATI had a problem with the lowers cracking at the rear pin. There have been reports of some uppers cracking. I personally have a problem with a plastic/polymer upper with all of the movement and pressures. Billets stretch and forged have greater strength, but can fragment. Plastic/polymer? I'm not sure I want to know.🤣 I'm glad you have not had any issues, but the prices are about $50 to $100 dollars difference and the longevity I believe definitely goes to aluminum, as well as flexibility in customization and possibly safety. IMO of course. But I could be wrong. -

I'll take the AR15 and 22-250 dies please. I am assuming the AR15 is built with aluminum upper and lower, and buffer tube and hand guard? Some plastic/polymers are out there now. -

A man's got to do what makes him happy! And he's a great guy! Best wishes. -
But I get your point. If so many people are willing to pay so much, then it must be acceptable to them. But you may be overlooking panic buying as part of the reason. So far I have been able to avoid ever patronizing Bruno's, and I intend to continue to avoid it because I don't agree with what I understand his business model to be.

I was not attacking your credibility in the slightest, just disagreeing on your definition of greed and stating that because of people like you and many others on this site who are not greedy, this is a great place and too bad more of the world is not like most of those on this site. Just because people pay for something does not mean it's not gouging, but it may indicate either their desperation or lack of knowledge, or financial ability, or other. I'll stick with the standard definitions of greed and gouging as defined in Websters and the other well known dictionaries.

It would be nice if people could wait, but I disagree on where the greed is by the very definition of greed. I bend over backwards to avoid dealing with greedy businesses and greedy people. What of the guy that winds up short on ammo and has a hunt coming up? Great people step in and try to help, greedy people try to bend him over. Remember the Black Horn 209 shortage. Many of us tried to work together, not maximize our profit and pillage others at their expense. There is a saying, " Nobody likes a pig, but HOGS get slaughtered". We have lots of freedoms in this country but how we exercise those freedoms defined our characters. It's not how much you're worth that matters, but what your name and honor are worth. This Country was founded on the principles of there being a God. The more of us that live our lives within those principles, whichever goodly God you believe in, the better off we will all be. Love thy God with all of your heart, might, mind, and strength. Love thy neighbor as thyself. Treat others as you would like to be treated. Etc. Have a great day and let's all play well together, with kindness, as is exhibited most the time on this wonderful site. I am not better than you or anybody else. But I also am not worst. We are all equal. Best Wishes.

It's not the supply and demand that most of us have a problem with, it's the extreme greed. We all mostly believe in a fair profit. And no, the government can't fix it because they are the worst and greediest!!!!

Very nice! 6.5 x 284 Norma? A great round. Above my pay grade but... How much does it weigh "as is" less the stock ammo sleeve with ammo? What are the bipod. spec.s as far as manufacturer and swivel/height fully extended? Grouping was at 100yrdd or 200yards? I am interested, but hesitant.

Nice 40 quart cooler! $299 plus tax on Amazon and possibly shipping, so at least a $75 discounted price for the same NEW cooler. I like mine and already have what I can use or I'd be talking to you. GLWS.

Thanks for the offer. Going with a trailer. I was already picking up some other items anyway. I'll have my son to help me. I

I can pick it up for you and hold it until you come to Mesa.

Good to know. I'll check my trucks to see if I can use them.

May I ask why you took them off/ of did not like them? Where they too noisy or too aggressive? They don't look like they have been off road. Have they any flat repairs? I'm asking because I am interested.

You are certainly entitled to your opinion. I'm secure in who I am and what I have so I'm not very concerned about your words. But you might want to be careful with others as slander is an act that invites litigation. I'm happy to discuss any personal issues you have with me and try to reach a reasonable resolution that does not interfere with either of our rights. If I've injured you in some particular way, let's discuss it so that I may be given an opportunity to make it right. Life is too short to harbor so much bitterness. It's really not healthy for you, or for anyone involved.

The plastic ones are real reasonable at Tractor. Supply. The ones we are not using are the ones the horses and cows stepped in and broke the bottoms. I could probably loan you one for a while if you wanted to try it.

Have you considered an oval cattle trough?
