Because of mileage I was guessing Texas. I like outside of Crockett, but lots of good places. I can loan you a tree stand or a blind. Don't want to give them up. Lit recticled scopes and green led lights work best for night hunt with corn grain for hogs. Deer come in as well but I don't know if you can shoot them at night. Bags of corn are sold everywhere for about $8.00 a bag, or at least they were a few years back when I was last there. I think you can still grain deer and hogs. Spread some corn in the early morning and some in the early evening. Descent your clothes and watch your soap and shampoo. Have fun! I really enjoy hunting Texas. If you have never hunted hogs there you really need to someday. Best time is March to April due to fat content. 200lbs and below are great eating. 200/250 lbs and up better as sausage, but a lot of fat has to be added. Just remember, similar to bears, and groups of angry javalina, there is the potential of getting attacked, even just deer hunting. Carry your pistol/side arm just in case. Attacks are more common during hog hunts. Let me know if you want to borrow either or both pieces of equipment and have fun! It's worth that long drive. Bad thing is I am in Mesa near Bass Pro.

I have been criticized for stating that a purchase or sale envolving an AZ resident with a non resident may be illegal if not processed through an FFL. According to the ATF website, since 1968, all transfers from residents of one state to residents of a different state must go through an FFL. Please correct me or verify. Approximately 2½ year old young bull. Friendly, no horns. I believe red Angus mix. Raised on pasture and alfalfa. No shots or added hormones, etc. Roughly 1,200 lbs. $1400 or trade for? Never been mated so no diseases. Mesa near Bass Pro. Too much meat for one family. Recommend 4 families join together. I am not a butcher but have raised a few beef over the last 20 years. My freezer is still full, so time for him to chill elsewhere. Horse belongs to a friend and is not for sale.

I would like the 7mm barrel, but I'm in Mesa. We need to figure out logistics.

That appears to be the Mako stock, same used for the Mako 22. Could be the 57 Savage Mako 17hmr with the NWTF in place of the Mako. Really nice rifles.

There was a Skaggs next to Safeway on the NE corner. Lucky's was near Yellow Front on SE corner. Yellow Front merged with Checker Auto, then eventually disappeared. I think it was a Phillips 66 gas station on SW corner where I pumped gas in the 70's as an attendant. Now gone. Later they built a Phoenix flower shop. Things have changed.

I'm having a hard time finding people to do decent repairs on rentals, even though I speak reasonable spanish. Where is your general location? I'm in Mesa, but if I find one I can refer them to you if you aren't too far. A lot of guys say they can do it and then you find out they didn't even learn the basics you could find in the Home Depot repair book on how to do it. Frustrating! I miss the quality of the 80's.
