That really sucks. Some agencies are evaluating the cost of prosecution and not prosecuting. Maricopa County has done that. Mesa did what they could to prosecute. One of the few things I can say good about Mesa right now.

Also, Backpageguns exists. Not a referral. lancetkenyon has good choices. Personally, FTF with good Bill of Sale, verify their picture on AZ DL, and put their DL# and CCW if they have one on the Bill of Sale is my preferred method besides going through a FFL. I've had no problems getting that from the great people on this site and I provide the same. Others have their own opinions and methods. You choose what you feel serves your best interests.
