It will be nice when prices normalize. I walked into Sortsman's and 450 Bushmaster ammo that was just under $30 a year ago was up to $48.99. I'm told Hornady Precision Hunter 6.5 creedmoore is up to $65 to $75 a box from $25 a box a year ago. And, it's all so hard to find. Takes a lot of the fun out of shooting. In all fairness, the Browning Gold series was their more expensive safe line. They retailed in the $2,000 to $5,000 range. They had one of the finest finishes and better locks offered. Other Browning lines retailed in the $700 to $2500 range. In part, you are paying for the name.
