Nice.😁 That's really awesome of you to give away.

If you get the agriculture zoning or need an animal to get it, I have a 3 year old brangus limousine cross steer that I will sell you for the 6 month period and then I'll buy him back if you keep him healthy. I also have sheep I could do the same thing with. Just let me know. Make sure their pens are as close to your neighbor as possible so she enjoys the fragrance

Quote from the City of Mesa told to me many years ago, "You may think you own your property, but you don't. We just let you pay for it!"
-
Try talking to the Neighbor? Ask her what will make her happy? It's probably too late for this but it wouldn't hurt to befriend her for down the road if you are going to keep the property?

Build a small house or put a small house trailer/mobile on the property? Or, turn part of the container, a front section away from the doors, into liveable space? Lots of examples on line. Put siding on the outside to dress it up as a shed? Mesa will allow one if you make it look like a shed.

Put mobile home axels underneath it and ad a trailer hitch. Once it's a trailer..... Not a violation. It becomes a 40' box trailer.😁 Verify first any trailer restrictions.

Savage Axis .270 w/ Accutrigger Price Drop
Boarman03 replied to 22headshot's topic in Classified Ads
Great rifle. Those tend to be very accurate. Surprising how good they are. Scott, who's father owned Mesa Gun shop, swore by the 270 and killed many hogs as well as other game with it. They guy was deadly accurate with his gun. The Savage barrels tend to be very good for a shelf rifle. And it has an adjustable trigger. Nice entry rifle for sure, in my opinion. I bought several for the youth. MyrightsasanAmerican's daughter got her first Elk with a Savage rifle purchased from Walmart! He was amazed at the accuracy. -
Nice!

Rifle, sling, and scope for $350 in a great youth round. Shouldn't last long! I have too many or I'd be on this!

It's a magical truck and way too clean for sooó many miles. Eddie to the rescue.....again! What an awesome guy!

Makes me wish I had a contender! But alas, I have way too many too shoot as it is. I'm partial to the smaller calibers .22 and below like the .204 and .17 and then the really big calibers/magnums above .30. I'm especially fond of my .45 muzzle loader that Todd South (Southern Xpress Custom Rifles) built for me. That rifle shoots lights out at well over 300 yards using Blackhorn 209 ( Black Gold🤣) Best of luck with this sale. Fun barrels.

In my case, old eyes and sloppy fingers!!!🤣

GpaBobo is getting the bear is the first part of the statement, then thanks Couzer (a really great guy), was the second part. I assume khmer6 is related or a close friend of GpaBobo. If I interpreted this wrong, please correct.

Gee, this, like many free things, I'll pass on. I don't know anyone looking for one and I'm definitely not a youth. Sorry to disappoint the keyboard giants on this forum! You know, the ones so unhappy with the life that they have created that they take every opportunity to attack others to make themselves feel better. Just watch them respond! BTW, that's extremely awesome of you!

That's what I thought I read. Nice car. Good color.

Todd South. Perfectionism at middle of the road prices. About 2 miles from Bass Pro Mesa. Built my 45 cal muzzle loader that killed my first mule deer at 334 yards in 2021!

Need Advice: Family Friendly AZ towns not in the valley
Boarman03 replied to Hatchet Jack's topic in The Campfire
I don't know about the schools, but look at Coolidge and Eloy. They are probably about the cheapest land wise and in your path. -
I don't think that's a problem. Made me realize that there is an amp and not just 44 mag and that I couldn't use the ammo. If I can't use it and if I don't know someone who is in need then someone else should get it. Levers and I are close to the same age but I'm still relatively new to all of this gun fun. Neither of us needs to lie to get gain or save face. We are both very successful people with good morals and values I've helped him as well as many other great people on this forum and they have been helpful in return. I greatly value the quality friendships and have no problem with people disagreeing with me. Couzer is a great guy, but on occasion we disagree, but we agree to disagree. I just have a problem with the liars and wanna-be judges, the guys so unhappy with their own lives that they desire to put someone else down, even lying or twisting the truth to try and achieve their objectives. I'm not going to respond anymore because we are hijacking a thread that started with great intentions. This isn't about me or my habits. This is about free 44 AMP ammo for the rare someone who can use it!
-
This time you've got it wrong.😁
-
Thou doth lie about the ammo. Re-read what I said about liable and defamation. Lots of great people here, but a few who just seek to stir up falsehoods and contention.
