I use the Medium Harris which works for me. If I’m on a steep hill then I will use my tripod to shoot off of.

Have been building points, applying some years and building others due to other planned hunts. Been a hunt I want to do but keep hoping for future changes that will make for better experience. Have not experienced the hunt myself but others tell me the organizer up there doesn’t help the experience but has some coming competition so maybe this will improve the experience, or make worse. Sitting out spring in 2021. Those that have hunted share some pictures

I just don’t understand the AZ G&F fishing strategy is for AZ. Has to be one of the worst overall fishing states in US. Smallmouth are a great sport fish and having them feeding on trout isn’t hurting anything. I don’t know of anyone thinking the bass are ruining their trout fishing. IMO

Hunting water holes will quickly show you how unsportsmanlike hunters and guides are. There was probably more competition this year on water then ever.

This is sad to hear. Where is the money going for the raffle and auction tag? ADSS? Seems the wildlife manager and G&F officer for area is failing at their job for sure.

Post pictures of truck that stole it also? I’m sure the storage facility had cameras. Sure hope they catch those who stole it.

Anyone get their hands on the new NL Pure binos? Seen some YouTube videos with comparisons and sounds like the glass and field of view is amazing.

I’m done with sports. Use to watch a few NFL games but done since the BS they pulled last year.

Or Jed might have snuck onto the high fenced ranch “not knowing” he did so with his hunter and shot bull first.

I always liked the Sako 75 but never bought and still mad at myself. Believe they don’t make that rifle now.

Pretty hard to beat AZ. Though MT or WY are other options that I would consider.

I replace mine recently. Cut welds and welded on a new one. Replaced the front support also. Total $150. Can get online or at Tractor Supply for a little be higher price.

I like the idea. Always thought ABHSS or G&F should put sheep in the White Tanks and Estrella Mts and have those be archery only units.

A couple things I would like to see changed or considered: -Grandparents can not transfer tag to grandchildren. I’m all for supporting kids hunting but see some kids in families getting great tags every year and multiple great tags every year. -I would like to see a year waiting period for bull Elk and Antelope tags. It would help improve draw odds a little at least. Still can buy a point that year in between. -Squaring our bonus points. Maybe it would give those that had 10+ points an actual better chance of drawing then someone with 4 points.

See someone made it on gohunt for their poaching achievements. Hope guides and their outfitters sneaking on to reservations to become popular and other poachers make it also onto their site.

Don’t know much about OR or WA but you can do Alaska cheaper then $4k. This summer in AK would be great with fewer people and a lot of deals to be had. Another idea though would be Walleye on Lake Erie or Saginaw Bay. Lake Michigan for Browns and Salmon on MI or WI side. Lake Superior also.

I’m looking forward to seeing the 12s. Lite weight and wide field of view. Was looking for A used pair 12ELs but seems everyone is asking quite a bit still so rather spend a little extra and get the Pure. Should be in stock this fall.

I like Rage myself. Fly good with great blood trails. Small broadheads leads to small holes and little to no blood trails in my experience.

With Social Media, everyone is seeing and hearing you have just as good of chance to kill a mature buck on an early hunt as you do late Dec hunt. Only reason late Dec is still hard to get is better hunt experience with much fewer tags. It would be interesting for someone to confirm the # of NR in each hunt that are drawn. I believe some do get a list of all hunters for advertising. I seem to see a lot of NR license plates.

I keep waiting for someone to complain about Sitka Blacktail and Columbia Blacktail being a racist name and demand a name change. Any day now
