Has anyone hunted both, the San Carlos and Mexico? What do you perfer and why? It looks like a Mexico hunt cost between $4,500 and $5,500, what does a guided hunt cost on the San Carlos? Mexico has given up some monster bucks this year, how about the San Carlos? Just trying to compare the two and which one would be better for me.

Thanks Guys,
Sounds like i need to wait another four weeks or so before i head for the high country in search for some horns, without a ATV(hopefully, everyone else does the same). Tired of the city and seeing ATV tracks where they souldn't be.
It's sad to say but there is alot of hunters that are unethical out there. The amount of trash that we picked up and the ATV trails that were off roads in 23 this past December is proof. I'm now in support of banning all ATVs in the National Forests. What will the lazy bas---ds do when they have to actually hike to their glassing spots
I cannot believe that picture and considering our recent incident with our National Guard, it's only going to get worse until a wall is built and it going to have to be a big one....... More Boarder Patrol would sure help!!
Hey Josh,
You would not believe the amount of 400+ elk at the show. MossBack alone had 10 or more 390 or better bulls from the past two years there. All I can think about is monster bulls right now.
I actually put my hands on this rack yesterday. Awesome!! The Outfitter was at the hunting show in Salt Lake City and had two other racks that were taken on the same hunt. One of the other racks was equally impressive. The outfitter is a Utah Outfitter and the hunter that killed the big drop tine buck was from Alabama.
