Got first choice Oct rifle in multiple units 17A thru 20C 35 tags know theres lots of private land but some big bulls too ,congrats to all who drew.Just figuring out if I need a guide for access ? any thoughts welcome ,thanks

Congrats to all so far.....just got hit for 135 either Nov muzzy hunt in unit 10 or late 7W rifle woo hoo !! hope all get their tag........guess now have 23 antelope points

Hope everyones New Year Was great and some january bucks were taken.That being said,I just saw on the San carlos web site that tags will go on sale on Feb 1st for 2013-14,was a little confused because the list of hunts still had the old yr (2012) listed.Was just wondering if anyone has stood in line for the first day in recent yrs.I havent bought a tag in a few yrs mostly due to financials like alot of people,last time I bought a coues tag did it during the first week and was no line.Do they let you form a line the first day, and if so ,4 am get you anywhere close to the front .Just curious God Bless, good luck to all

Was hoping someone could tell me how New mexico handles their refunds for unsucessfull apps.I cant find it in the regs,had my card charged when I applied,checked the results and was not sucessful..........my card still hasnt been credited back.Does it take awhile? Do they refund by check ? Didnt want to call NM game and Fish and look dumb.Just wondering if anyone could help on this one.Thanks Steve

Thanks for the info,nice antelope in your pic....I applied all over for a goat tag ,thats the refind Im waiting for.......19 bonus pts in Arizona (home state) still never hunted antelope.Might be the yr for a landowner tag in NM.Again thanks for the info.

Still nothing here,have 19 pts for goat 3 for elk ....feel your pain all of you with alot of antelope pts ,is a real long time,stuck now ,with this many pts have to put in for the premium units,good luck to all who drew a tag

Well,After years of putting in I drew a sheep tag in unit 15D.I am so stoked(and thankful) As like alot of folk in our great US of A the economy has stung a little for the last few yrs,not griping we are all in it.I dont know if I can afford a guide so was hoping for any info anyone would like to share.Have already had some great responses from fellow members here ,thank you for that!Anyway am very respectful of a persons private honey holes ,but since sheep is a once in a lifetime,anyone whos done this already ,any info would be greatly appreciated.Also not looking for a substitute for worn boot leather,I do plan on scouting as many times as possible between now and December.Good luck to all who drew any tags this year ,Steve
