She kind of looks like that ugly squirrel from Ice Age with the bugged out eyes.

Here is my best buck so far. Some day I will break that 110" mark. This was 108 7/8"

My most memorable hunt would have to be my first hunt. That was my smallest buck but we had a great time. It looks like Chef has made a couple memorable hunts so far. Now the best hunt I have been on was with Ernesto down in Mexico some years ago. We all took some great bucks.

local Pool Company needed Phx/scottsdale area
AZbowhntr replied to COA's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
If you are looking at having any interior work done I would give CDC Pools a call. I have had them do a couple for me and they have done great work. They have a show room and everything. (480) 539-7700 -
We were just talking about this tonight at dinner. My daughters fiance was good friends with him. This should have been passed a long time ago.

Those legs would scare me. I have the Jim White glassing seat and can't imagine what I am going to do when it is finally gone. The lower back support is key to glassing for longer.

I am glad there is a place out here by us. I drove by there yesterday and didn't even notice it. Will there be any shooting lanes?

I bought a used gym quality elliptical treadmill a few years ago. It is nice because I can program it to simulate climbing up and down mountains. Cardio and leg muscle.

AZbowhntr replied to lancetkenyon's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
As I read through this thread all I can think about is how much your wife has to love you. I am not sure I would have the same luck. -
Great bear and cool video. You knocked the crap out of that thing. What caliber and bullet where you using?

Congrats Lance. That is awesome. -
Lance does awesome work. I didn't even put my rifle away for about a week after I picked mine up. Just leaned it against the gun safe so that while I was working at my desk I could look over and admire it.

Them lower hunts can depend on the weather. I grew up in Idaho and always hunted up around Carey. I have seen some monsters come out of there.

And fat as heck.

The worst thing about getting older is all the people we looked up to when we were younger are at that age. On the flip side that is some great wood working right there.

I really like it too. Especially since it is my stock. Can't wait to get my hands on it. Awesome job as always Lance.

Great looking bear. What does the hide look like after the winter?

AZ Game and Fish's Fish Stocking Schedule Questions
AZbowhntr replied to Rag Horn's topic in Fishing
I am in the middle of moving right now and my new next door neighbor is with the Game and Fish and over all the hatcheries. I could probably ask him any fishing related questions and get a pretty accurate answer. -
I am on my second pair of Natives. I really like the interchangeable lens. That said I looked through a pair of Maui Jims with the HD lens and was blown away. The sharpest lens I have ever seen.

I am not big into knives but those things are awesome.

Congrats to the both of you. Look forward to some stories this Saturday.

That gift card will just about cover a meal there. Been there once with my wife and another couple and it ended up being $700 for everything. Probably the best steak I have ever had though. I couldn't believe the place was packed. Lots of money in there.

What a trip. I like the decoy. -
Sold it the other day. But just got back from turkey hunting. Ron, it was a pleasure meeting you.
