I have subbed out two pools on my own and will probably be doing another in the not to far future. I have a list of all of the subs that I used including a really good startup guy that also could be hired as a general for any necessary steps. You can definitely save some money doing it yourself. Let me know if you would like to talk one of these days and I can give you any other advice that I might have any numbers of subs you need.

Tikka T3 270wsm with Leupold Vari-X lll 6.5-20x40 sold

I have the same rifle and love it. With a muzzle break on it you can shoot all day and it is super accurate for a stock rifle. -
I put Bilsteins on my 2010 Silverado when I leveled it. I was really happy with them. The shop that does all my service on my truck say they get a lot of Rancho warranty work. Not sure what happens but they don't like them.

We got our first choice. Sweet

Great video. Sure makes me wish I had an archery bull tag.

36b, 35b both hunts and a couple other units. First time I have ever filled out all the choices on the leftover draw. We mailed ours in Friday.

I saw this thread and panicked. My buddy is the one that put us in and I wasn't sure he mailed it to the correct address. Luckily he saw the address on top of the leftover list and sent it to the correct address. There is not a chance that any tags will make it past the first day or two this year. Just not enough tags leftover.

Really like the skull. I was down in Mexico a few months ago and there were several skulls that had different gems attached covering the entire skull. Looked really cool. I will have to look and see if I took any pictures of them.

And don't forget the catch pan. I get to write them up all the time. If it is inside or against a common wall it needs one.

Reloading Bench Advice and pics
AZbowhntr replied to Hoss50's topic in Rifles, Reloading and Gunsmithing
I don't have any pictures but I just moved and decided to build my own desk for my office. I used to reload in the garage at a work bench but this time it will be my desk. I built the base out of 4x4 lumber and bought a 80X32 solid core passthrough door for the top. It literally weighs about 100 lbs and will easily hold up to my press. Plus I was over a Lance's place a couple months ago and stole the idea of getting gym lockers for my office. So now I have lockers for all my hunting and reloading equipment so it is nice and out of the way. I am looking forward to reloading again in the summer without losing about 5 lbs. -
I had the same tag a couple years ago. We were in deer constantly and both shot nice bucks. We hunted the edges of the burn mostly. Along with about 1/2 the rest of the tags in the unit. You will have a great time.

If I flat out couldn't afford a guide I would go up scouting before the hunt and find the tanks with 50 billion cameras on them. You will know you are in the right area.

This is a 2010 Silverado with a 3" lift kit. I hardly even notice the lift now except for getting in and out. My wife hates climbing in it. Without going outside to look at the tires I would say they are 285/75/18.

I shot my coues buck last year using a 140 gr Berger out of a 270 WSM at just over 200 yards and he did a back flip and died on the spot. The exit hole was right at an inch wide.

So as the title says my daughter has a female German Shorthair and Lab mix that is about 1 1/2 years old that she needs to find a new home for. She got the Harley when she was married and has since got a divorce and is moving back home. Unfortunately we already have 4 dogs and do not have room for a 5th. I won't go into details but my daughter is pretty upset and fought us for quit a while about finding a better home for Harley. She is great with kids and loves the water. You can PM with any questions.

Over 50 years of application denial and finally getting to go!
AZbowhntr replied to rooseiu55's topic in Bighorn Sheep Hunting
Congratulations! Look forward to a story. -
You could always teach her to count. It is a slight hand movement that stops them from barking when they hit the number. My mother in law had a dog that was really good at it. People actually thought it could count.

She kind of looks like that ugly squirrel from Ice Age with the bugged out eyes.

Here is my best buck so far. Some day I will break that 110" mark. This was 108 7/8"

My most memorable hunt would have to be my first hunt. That was my smallest buck but we had a great time. It looks like Chef has made a couple memorable hunts so far. Now the best hunt I have been on was with Ernesto down in Mexico some years ago. We all took some great bucks.

local Pool Company needed Phx/scottsdale area
AZbowhntr replied to COA's topic in Miscellaneous Items related to Coues Deer
If you are looking at having any interior work done I would give CDC Pools a call. I have had them do a couple for me and they have done great work. They have a show room and everything. (480) 539-7700 -
We were just talking about this tonight at dinner. My daughters fiance was good friends with him. This should have been passed a long time ago.

Those legs would scare me. I have the Jim White glassing seat and can't imagine what I am going to do when it is finally gone. The lower back support is key to glassing for longer.

I am glad there is a place out here by us. I drove by there yesterday and didn't even notice it. Will there be any shooting lanes?

I bought a used gym quality elliptical treadmill a few years ago. It is nice because I can program it to simulate climbing up and down mountains. Cardio and leg muscle.
