Good luck getting quotes. When I had mine done I had at least 4 companies come out to give me bids. Out of 4 I did not receive a single quote. I called and text them all with nothing. So I had to start all over again and the next time I got a couple. As naturebob mentioned make sure you are getting what you want. I am in the process of having part of my pool decking redone because the original company did not use the proper base below my pavers or compact it properly. It turned out after they were finished doing the job that mine was the biggest job that they had ever done. They will all say that they can do it to get the job but you want someone that can deliver.

Smoke follows beauty and beauty was a horse is what I always heard.

I watched the video the other day and enjoyed the entire video until after they killed the bull and I counted at least 15 guys in the screen. And who knows how many more there were off screen. That really turned me off. As far as the Governor tag goes I am all for it and all the money it raises. If I had the means I would do the same thing but scaled back a bunch. It kind of seems like most threads no a days gets derailed.

Congrats to your daughter on a great late rifle tag. I drew the tag last year and saw several bulls everyday. And somehow drew the same tag this year. I was suppose to go up this last weekend to start looking at some different country but decided against it because of the road closures down south. You will have a blast as long as the weather doesn't do a repeat of last year.

It sounds like you already have access to the home from the carport. So you are wanting to add the outside wall and the overhead garage door. I am a home inspector and see this a lot in certain parts of the valley. Like Catfishkev has mentioned it will need to meet the current fire code which includes 5/8" drywall on the ceiling and any common walls that are not block. That includes the attic hatch if it is in carport. And the fire rated self-closing passthrough door. I see all kinds of crazy stuff during inspections. As for the step I would want it. My house is only 3 years old and has a step. If I happen to flood my garage I don't want that water coming back into the home.

I live in Mesa but will be in Peoria Wednesday morning and could meet up over there somewhere if that worked.

The hardest thing I have ever had to do was put down Jake my GSP. I got him as a pup and he was 10.5 years. I grew up on a farm and our dogs served a purpose. My dad put a few down with a 22 and I don't know how he ever did it.

So if you shoot him during season do you have him mounted with the tire around his neck?

Count me in. I will have to look at my schedule and see if I will be out your way. Otherwise I can pay either way. Thanks

Not sure how you could possibly road hunt bears. I have never seen one even close to a road.

Congratulations Christian on a great buck. He looks even bigger here than the on my phone from Facebook.

I have seen a couple videos of seals escaping onto boats. Pretty smart

True, the breakers fail to trip when there is an overload and end up causing fires. I am a home inspector and hate it when I find a Federal Pacific or Zinsco panel. I recommend having them changed as soon as possible.

Growing up in Idaho I am pretty biased to there. They pretty much have everything there that I would ever want. Except my wife doesn't like it. I think Tennessee would be nice. Another state that I really like is North Carolina.

That was pretty cool. Super clear video.

You will need to call and have them correct it over the phone. They finally figured mine out. It was charging me as a regular vehicle instead of an OHV. Once she got that straight it was only about $18 with the $5 late fee which they still made me pay even though I tried to register it before the deadline but couldn't because their system was jacked up. Good luck and hopefully you have some spare time.

ctafoya, I am the one with the savage rifle that Chef was talking about. As he said I have been shooting the Sierra 168 grain hpbt with great success. I was given the load data when I bought the rifle years ago and have never had a reason to change. I had Lance take the rifle and tweak the load and get it as tight as he could without changing any of the components. Finished product was under .4 moa. A friend of mine used to shoot competitively and was sponsored by Sierra. So he hooked me up with a box of 500 bullets. If you want to try them out and see how they shoot let me know and I will give you a handful.

Sold out of the only thing I wanted. I really like their solid color pants. I bought a pair of them at their after Christmas sell and would buy a couple more pair if they were in.

If you are going to drop your wallet you probably picked the best place to do it besides a church parking lot. Drop in Circle K parking lot and see what happens. Different crowd of people.

The last paragraph is awesome. I wish there were more politicians like him.

So what happens in a couple weeks when the numbers haven't changed? Do we get to stop wearing the bandanas and cloth masks? If this is supposed to help so much we should see a definite drop in the cases. My personal opinion is the only way that this will stop is by isolating and we can't afford as a country to do that.

What I don't get is the conflict of opinion within the medical field. And I think a lot of it is politically driven. There is an undertone in the above message that Outdoor Writer posted when the Dr. talks about the Governors statements. Someone else posted earlier that they had family or someone close that was laid off because the hospitals were empty. How can that be? So they are overwhelmed in the ICU but laying nurses off on the other side? They can't pull them over to help? Just seems crazy to me.
