Looking for a horse to hunt off and ride The mountains and desert here in AZ. WOuld like to find a Ranch raised Horse that is good in the mountains. I hunted off Horses most of my younger years. And roped all my life until i was maried So I do know horses. What i am looking for is a horse that i can hunt off of and also put my kids on and let them ride around camp. let me know of any you may know of. I may also use my 2001 polaris trailboss as a trade or even part trade if someone was intrested. My brother has his rope horses still but they do not make the best hunting horses. they will get us by but i need to get my own again. Thanks for any info out there.

Well my sisters twin boys play club football. They are part of the six shooters in east Mesa.one is the QB and the other the running back. Well the season ended in the first game for one of them. I just got a call that one is going under the knife right now. He broke his arm very badly and it is in prosses of getting pinned back in place right now. Poor thing. They work all year for this time of year. Oh and the best song of the year so far is THE BOYS OF FALL. Brings a tear to my eyes. Haha

I find that a well brokegood mule is harde to come across that a good well broke horse. If I could find me a mule like you have in that photo with that guy named GEORGE ridding it for the right price I may just have to bite. If you get the wrong mule you are in for a life long fight that the mule will win. But most horses can be retrained .

If Max Hall does not get hurt he may have a chance to take over that Cards QB spot. I like it a Mesa AZ kid coming home to play for the states pro team. That's why I like Duce so much. He is an Arizona guy. And the suport he gives back to Mesa High is great. Any Friday night Duce xis there with a small handful of Cards players down on the field rooting for Mesa High. And signing hats and balls for young fans.

I need the whole rig for my hounds. Sell the whole thing.

I am with you Coach. My son is 10 and playing tackle go Tigers. I am one of four coaches for his team. Then I cheer for my home school the St.David Tigers. Then our local team Mesa High. And the sun devils and BYU. For pros I go for the Cards and the Redskins.

Oh my goodness she is a dream for sure. What a looker too. I wish I had that much to spend. She would be worth the drive.

Tasmanian devil in the first and a coyote in the second looks lime all we need is yosamity Sam and the roadrunner.

25-06 Yes i saw this horse. I spend many hours looking over the horse and mule section on that site. (as well as the rest of the site) that is part of the reason i am needing the horse. My busted up 38 year old body just does not have the knees to chase our hounds to far. And my deer hunts are getting harder to do also. can not pack it all on my back like i used to even a couple years ago. those guys sure do put out some good horse flesh on the hound site.

Does anyone have a book to tell me if this gun is a model 10 or 12. It is a revolver. #c 226xxx. If more info is neede let me know. It has three side plate screws and oneunder the trigger gaurd. The thumb pull on the hammer broke of and I want to order another hammer. Thanks for an info.

Thanks Lark. I am sure it is a 10 now. It does have the skinny barel with front blade. It is a 38 spl and sure it is not the alloy. Due to the tiny rust pits in a couple spots. It has had a broken hammer for all the years I have had it. With younger shooters and the wife I want the hammer on it for them. Plus who like a broken side arm. It shoots fine jut a bit tricky to decock it.

That is what I was thinking. And I do not se anything like that on the inside of the frame. Also it has some slight pits on both parts of the frame so I am guessing it is not the 12. Must be a 10. Oh well I think I will take it to a smith and have him put a new hammer on it anyways. He should be able to tell me what one it is. It shows all the signs of being a 10 as I read some more.

I do not think you were talking over my head at all. Let me see. You said I KNOW A Guy that shoots bear for people. Then claims they were killed in another unit. So first off you know of a Game violation right. Because this guy shoots bear for people. Ok that can only mean he is shooting bear and other people must be tagging them right. Then claiming them shot in other units. Why do you have to claim what unit it was taken in if there is not a law against saying that you shot it in another unit right. Ok sounds like enough to get someone in trouble. Any ways I know that alot of crap goes on in the buisness of hunting. Just like every line of work you will have guys that push the limit until they cross the line to illeagle practices that does not mean we should set back and stand for it beei g done.

Well that is what I find shocking about the change. Our change was to cut back on the chance to hunt lions to make people happy. Theirs was to make it better for the deer herds and give a better chance to those footing the bills of the game and fish a chance to hunt lions on dry ground as well as snow covered ground.

Well Wyoming regulation for mountain lions looks like it may be changing. I just saw on a houndsman site that they went to a state wide unlimited season.

Yes a ranger for 3500 would make us all Intrested, But I do believe he is selling the quad because he has not riden it after the purchase of the ranger. As I read it the ranger is not for sale.

would tell you the exact spot to find the deer in 24b except I do not help out crooks. I say this because you stole my tag. Haha. I will be hunting it with my brother. And then up north for my 27 mule deer hunt in November.
