    For sale is a Ruger M77 Mark II 7mm REM Mag Stainless All Weather rifle. This rifle comes in the hard to find Zytel skeleton “boat paddle” stock. The rifle is in very good condition with some minor handling marks from use. It has a 24” stainless steel barrel and action. Comes with Ruger 1” rings. Additionally, I will include a Hogue stock that I had it in for a while. It also has an upgraded Timney trigger. Rifle is located in Flagstaff. I do get down to the valley frequently though.     I have a 2 sets of Sitka Stratus youth hunting gear for sale. Set includes pants and jacket. One is youth small and the other is youth medium. Both sets are in great condition with no holes, tares, or stains of any kind on either set. They are Windstopper so are very warm. Kids loved them. Located in Flagstaff but get to valley frequently.
