I will clarify- I don’t want to ban guns. I would suggest that they Add a layer of checks and balances (similar to a silencer stamp) to obtain a semiautomatic rifle. I will preface that I know I am in the minority in this thinking and I’m ok with that.

In the minority here. But Any rifle that is semi auto needs to carry the stamp similar to the silencer. The same checks and balances need to apply. bolt actions would be accessible without this requirement
