Just remember the only difference at night is the absence of light 💡 everything that is there in daylight is there at night. If you walk in the dark with that perspective you shouldn’t have any problems, of course at night you should have that automatic keen awareness factor kick in as your 6th sense

You might bring it up that the warden even though you were far enough away that he let you keep shooting you stated this in your response. Then after he ranged it he ticketed you, seems to me at that point he should have just asked you to move. I’ve had them come and ask me to move even when I and they knew I was well over the 1/4 mile limit because someone complained if I was I jerk I could have just stayed put and told them to tell the complaint to go pound sand but I moved just to make his life easier but he was nice about it.

You noticed the same thing too? I was there for the 2018 archery bull elk hunt and people all over the place were it was supposedly closed off. My favorite spot was closed off and at my age there was no way in heck I was going to walk 5 to 6 miles in to hunt.

This might work if you can find another small sprint steel clip out of some other battery operated item then the biggest thing would be to get a very clean connection

You will have a very hard time soldering that because it’s spring steel if you get it to hold the solder will be to soft and bend at the solder joint
